Sone of our staff are working remotely, and our office is open during business hours however we ask that you schedule an appointment rather than show up unannounced. We are actively preparing estate planning documents for both new and existing clients, including making arrangements for executing those documents either remotely (via video conferencing which is a legally binding method of executing estate planning documents in Florida) and for drive-up document signing in our parking lot. Our firm has years of experience drafting everything from simple wills to complex revocable living trusts, and everything in between. We also offer living wills, powers of attorney, healthcare surrogate designations (healthcare power of attorney) and other crucial estate planning documents to accompany your will or trust.
