Message from Membership

We’re excited to start a busy November at the club! We welcome our Winter Membership back home, and we are pleased to announce that we have many new members from our summer program continuing with us through the year in golf, tennis, and social memberships. Member-Guest is right around the corner, and we’ll kick off Grill Room & Tiki Hut things off with the WGA Tournament on the 11th and 12th. The men’s tournament will begin the 14th and run through 2 for 1 Drinks (Well Brand, House Wine & Draft Beer only. the 16th. Spots are almost full so, please reach out to the Drafts at the Tiki Hut Not Included) pro shop if you are interested in playing this year. It is such a fun time. Please mark your calendars for the “Winter Kick $5 Appetizer Specials (Please note that happy hour specials are Off Party” on Saturday, November 16th from 7 to 10pm. We will continue this month with our social activities with a new night of fun for tennis…Sip and Serve! We will hold this fun cardio inspired tennis social on two Thursday evenings this month, and it’s great for all skill levels. Tom is opening the evening to women and men so bring a friend, and we’ll end our sweat fest with a glass of vino when the hard work is done. Sign up in the pro shop! Just a reminder that we are beginning a Winter Tennis Membership this year as well as our ongoing Win- ter Golf Membership. If you have friends that are new to the area, please set up an appointment with me and I feel confident that we will have a category that will take care of their needs. 10 TENNIS Tennis Talk November is here! It’s time for some cooler weather and some Tennis Pro Shop fun tennis. This month will be our kickoff for Pickleball. The We have a full service pro shop. Keep your rackets fresh by courts are ready. Are you? restringing and regripping for Fall. We also offer new Adult and Junior footwear and new rackets to demo. Let’s have a fun day on Saturday, November 9th getting to know Pickleball! We would like to begin at noon. Come out and give it a try! Ball Machine The Ball Machine is a great way to keep your game sharp! We Lot’s of fun for the whole family! have a daily rate of $10.00 per hour OR a one time yearly fee of $100.00 for unlimited use. Please call and make a Fall Junior Tennis Program reservation so we can have it set up for you prior to arriving. We have new fun activities for kids as well as adults for the fall. Our after school tennis lessons for juniors will be offered Guest Policy in sessions this season with additional options for the entire family to participate. All guests must be accompanied by a member and must register in the Tennis Pro Shop. Our next session November 4 - November 22 Guest fees are $10.00 per person. Guests are welcome to play at SPCC one time per month.
