Buffalo Wing Factory Allergy Guide

The safety and comfort of our guests is incredibly important to us. We know many of our guests have food allergies, intolerances and restrictions that affect their meal selections. Please review our Allergy Guide chart below to assist you in ordering from Buffalo Wing Factory.

Please note that while we make every effort to prevent cross contamination of allergens, we are unable to completely eliminate all risk of cross contamination due to shared cooking and prep areas in our kitchens.

When ordering, please inform your server or the manager on duty of your dietary needs and they will ensure we take the necessary precautions when preparing your meal.

All fried items are prepared in a “highly refined” soy based vegetable oil. Additionally, highly refined soy oil is used in some of our sauces & dressings. The allergen indicator for soy will not be marked for these items. Highly refined soybean oil has a low risk, even for soy intolerant people. The FDA and USDA do not consider highly refined oils as allergens.

A few notes for Gluten Free guests:

1. Fried items are prepared in shared fryers. There is potential for cross contact with these items. We are able to reduce the chance of cross contact if you alert the manager on duty of your allergies. 2. Our traditional wings and boneless wings are tossed in sauce using the same vessel. If you alert the manager on duty of your allergy we can shake your wings in a separate vessel. 3. We offer an Udi’s Gluten Free bun upon request for burgers and sandwiches!
