Energiegenossenschaft 03.07.2014 Ingersheim und Umgebung eG Seite 6 Information about registered Co-operative
Legal form: Why should it be a cooperative?
The cooperative is open to all interested persons to participate.
Our goal is that many as possible people participate.
By the acquisition of shares you become joint owners at the co-operative society and with that at the wind turbine.
You have as member 'full participation rights. Each member has one vote regardless of the amount of his shares.
The structure of the co-operative society secures the democratic participation for the members with that.
Energiegenossenschaft 03.07.2014 Ingersheim und Umgebung eG Seite 7 Information about registered Co-operative
Legal form: Why should it be a cooperative?
The liability can be limited on the acquired shares. No obligation for further payment.
The energy co-operative society can carry out further projects in future. This decides the general meeting.
By the joining the Baden-Wurttemberg co-operative society association the co-operative society submits voluntarily to durable external control.
