grown in the southern states of

America. The name PIMA is a reflection of Liverpool’s strong links with the cotton industry, originally forged in the eighteenth century when cotton started to arrive via the River Mersey. Many Liverpudlians, including Holts and Rathbones, went on to make their name in the cotton trade and popular myth states that cotton bales wer eusedinthe foundations of the Liver Building. Bella Donna Fresh from the nightclub and bar convention in Vegas. Maker’s Mark bourbon, shaken with fresh lemon juice, orange juice and mint, topped with sugar gum and drops of bitters. Presented elegantly with shaved ice and blackberries. A cocktail fit for a beautiful lady.

Harvey Wallbanger £11.50 The world famous, vanilla based, vodka cocktail named after the Californian surfer Harvey. Absolut vodka mixed with fresh orange juice and shaken with Galliano. Adorned with a slice of orange and cherry, this cocktail will definitely have you banging off the wall.

Strawberry Field PIMA’s biggest selling cocktail. Fresh strawberries are shaken with apple, cranberry and strawberry liquor then topped with Champagne.

Royal Bramble Plymouth Gin shaken with fresh lemon and sugar. Topped with Champagne and laced with rich blackberry liquor.

Whiskey Sour The classic Sour. Dating back to 1872. Needs no further introduction to cocktail lovers.

Amaretto Sour Italian almond liquor is mixed with the classic ingredients to create a Sour for those with a sweet tooth.

Midori Sour Midori Melon Liquor is added to the recipe to bring you a bright and refreshing version of the classic

Old Fashioned £11.50 This whisky cocktail is an out-and-out classic of the 1960s that will make you feel like a sharp-suited Don Draper in no time. Double Woodford Reserve on the rocks, sugar and a dash of Angostura bitters, finished with an exquisite orange peel twist.

MARTINI SELECTION £10.50

Secret Garden Hendrick’s Gin is mixed with pear, elderflower and PIMA’s own cucumber syrup to make a refreshing light Martini.

Black Forest Martini Rich black forest fruits are laced with vodka, hazelnut liquor and cream to tempt you with this wonderfully moreish dessert cocktail.

French Martini Vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice are shaken to create a fruity version of the classic. COCKTA ILS

CLASSIC COCKTAILS £10.50

Cosmopolitan The ladies’ favourite. Russian Standard vodka is mixed with Cointreau, lime and cranberry juice. Served straight up with a flamed orange.

Mojito Havana Club is met with fresh mint, lime and soda. A refreshing summer classic that needs no introduction.

PIMA Colada The official beverage of Puerto Rico since 1978! White Rum, coconut milk and pineapple should bring a little sunshine to the docks.

Long Island Ice Tea Vodka, gin, tequila, rum and Cointreau are mixed with Coca-Cola and lemon juice. Packs a punch.

Margarita The world’s best loved Tequila cocktail. PIMA’s version is made with Gold Tequila, Cointreau and fresh lime, Over ice or straight up with a salt rim.

Bloody Mary Belvedere Bloody Mary Vodka is gently stirred with tomato juice, Worcester sauce, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. This can be as fiery or mild as you like. Finished off with a dash of red wine for flavour.

Moscow Mule Legend has it that two businessmen met at New York City’s Chatham Bar and hit on the idea of mixing vodka with ginger beer and adding a dash of lime to create a new cocktail, the Moscow Mule.
