Build Like The Pros
Most people start making cocktails one at a time. This is called “building” a cocktail.
Each ingredient is added one at a time to a shaker tin/mixing glass or directly into the serving glass.
Ice is added, and you might have to shake, stir or simply add a mixer like seltzer or juice. Then the drink is strained from the mixing glass ( if you are using one) . Garnish if necessary & Voila! See, it’s really not a big deal!

Batch: Combine all ingredients & pour mixture into glasses. Top with soda water to serve.

20 4-5 Mint leaves. Southside Stamp softly with muddler 2 oz Dry Gin 1 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup 1 oz Cheeky Lime Juice ADD ICE.
Pour if Batching, Shake and Strain out ice/mint leaves if building
Garnish with a mint leaf
Adjust amount of mint according to serving. 4-5 leaves/serving. When batching, you can strain out the leaves as your pour into glasses 21 Tom Collins
2 Gin 1 Cheeky Simple Syrup 1 Cheeky Lemon Juice ADD Ice.
Build: Shake and Strain into glass with Ice. Top with Soda Water.
Batch: pour into glasses and TOP with Soda Water in each glass when ready to serve.
Garnish: lemon wheel or sprig of mint 22 Rum Airmail Caribbean Mule Daiquiri Mojito Old Cuban
23 2 Aged Rum Airmail 1 Cheeky Honey Syrup 1 Cheeky Lime Juice ADD ICE.
Shake and Strain all ingredients then Top with Champagne.
Batch: combine all ingredients then pour into glasses. When ready to serve, top up cocktails with Champagne.
Garnish with a mint sprig
24 2 Rum 1 Ginger Syrup 1 Lime Juice ADD ICE.
Shake and Strain ingredients into glass. TOP with Soda Water.
Batch: Combine all ingredients & pour mixture into glasses. Top with soda water to serve.
Garnish with a Lime or Ginger Candy
Caribbean Mule 25 2 White Rum Daiquiri 1 Cheeky Simple Syrup 1 Cheeky Lime Juice ADD ICE.
Pour if Batching Shake and Strain if Building
Garnish with Lime wheel
26 Use muddler to gently press 4-5 mint leaves in your glass to express their Mojito oils.
2 White Rum 1 Cheeky Simple Syrup 1 Cheeky Lime Juice ADD ICE.
Top with Seltzer Water and Lightly Stir Garnish Mint Bouquet
If Batching, pour into glasses and TOP with Soda Water in each glass when ready to serve. Increase mint for each 27 serving. 4-5 leaves/serving Use muddler to gently press 4-5 mint leaves in your shaker to express their oils.
2 oz of Dark Rum 1 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup 1 oz Cheeky Lime Juice
Shake and Strain into a champagne glass. Top with Sparkling Wine or Champagne. Batch: Combine all ingredients Old Cuban and pour into glasses. Top with Champagne to serve.
Garnish with a Mint Leaf

Batch: Batch all ingredients except. Pour mixture into glasses and top with soda water when ready to serve
Garnish with a slice of ginger 31 Paloma 2 Tequila 1 Agave 1 Lime Juice ADD ICE. Shake and Strain ingredients into glass TOP with Grapefruit Soda
Batch: combine all ingredients and pour into glasses. Top with grapefruit soda to serve.
Garnish: Grapefruit Slice/Lime
**No grapefruit soda? Mix grapefruit juice and soda water as alternative.
32 Tequila Soda But Better
2 Tequila 1 Agave 1 Lime ADD ICE.
Shake then Strain ingredients into glass TOP with Seltzer.
Batch: combine all ingredients except for Seltzer. Pour into glasses and top with seltzer to serve.
Garnish: Lime 33 Whiskey Gold Rush Hot Toddy Kentucky Mule Whiskey Sour Penicillin ( Scotch)

2 Bourbon/Whiskey 1 Honey Syrup 1 Lemon Juice ADD ICE.
Pour if Batching Shake and Strain if Building
35 Hot Toddy 2 Whiskey 1 Honey 1 Lemon FILL HOT WATER
Add all ingredients directly to a heat- safe glass or mug. Batch: combine all ingredients except for hot water and pour into mugs. When ready to serve, top with piping hot water
Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and a Lemon Wedge with Clove dots 36 2 Bourbon/Whiskey 1 Ginger Syrup Kentucky Mule 1 Lime Juice ADD ICE.
Shake and Strain ingredients into glass then TOP with Seltzer.
Batch: combine all ingredients except for Seltzer. Pour into glasses and top with seltzer to serve.
