• We’ve joined forces with the Daily Record/Sunday Mail newspaper to introduce a 2 FOR 1 offer for travel in Scotland.
• This offer is limited to 50,000 seats
• The offer will run in the Sunday Mail, Daily Record and the Metro for a total of 6 days from 29 January and travel can be made between 1 February - 29 February inclusive*.
• The offer will also run in the local newspapers week commencing 1st February.
• Customers will simply quote the promotional code printed in the newspaper to receive the offer. The offer cannot be redeemed on bus or through Scottish Citylink offices and appointed agents.
1.2 Call Centre: Issuing instructions
• A step by step guide of the correct procedure follows:
• Verbally ensure the customer quotes the promotional code.
• Make the booking through STAR as normal and enter the promotional code on the journey planner.

• *The Scottish Citylink Daily Record Offer is available for outward and return travel from February 1st to February 5th and from February 7th to February 29th 2016
• The offer is available on all Citylink services for travel within Scotland
• The offer is available on all megabus.com and Citylink Gold services in Scotland booked through Citylink website and contact centre
• No further child or concession rates are available.
• Tickets must be booked through the Scottish Citylink website or via the Scottish Citylink contact centre.
• One ticket is issued for two customers and both customers must travel together on the outward and return portions of the journey.
• The promotion is not valid for tickets purchased on board the bus or through Scottish Citylink offices and appointed agents
• The offer is available as a single, day return and return ticket ONLY.
• Tickets are non refundable and cannot be amended.
• A delivery charge where applicable will be added. For delivery of tickets, postage will be charged at 55p and text tickets at 10p. There is no charge for e-tickets.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Scottish Citylink reserves the right to cancel any transaction and/or withdraw tickets if the full terms and conditions are not met.

We are delighted to continue our partnership for 2016 with The Glasgow Film Festival , which helps support emerging talent and provides audiences with the opportunity to see the best of world cinema. The new partnership will allow us to offer a reduced priced travel ticket for all passengers visiting the GFT in Glasgow.
We have agreed a 25% discount for passengers traveling to Glasgow from February 17th to February 28th. Customers will be sent out a unique promotional code, which they will have to use online to receive the discount.
Please note there will be no special services to the GFT we are simply encouraging customers to travel on our existing network.
The promotion will be live in S.T.A.R from Wednesday 27th January 2016.

3. Citylinkair: Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport
From 22nd February 2016 there will be a slight amendment to the current AIR timetable. Please note that the 1745 departure from Glasgow and the 1900 departure from Edinburgh Airport will now stop at all intermediate points en route.
New timetables are currently being printed and will be distributed to agents w/c 8th February.
S.T.A.R has been updated to reflect the amendment.
