ian.mallinson@stroud.gov.uk
The developers through the Managing Director have provided a stated posi on on the outstanding ma ers. That in summary is as follows;
1) The Cricket Pole spacing and design is compliant with all agreements reached with SDC and no further ac on is considered applicable.
2) The board walk removable sec on meets the specifica ons agreed in the planning approvals and no further ac on is considered applicable.
3) The footpath linkage between the board walk and the KPC car park has been finished and meets their obliga ons in full
4) The boundary fence between the KPC social facili es and the development site is not within the boundary of the development site and the breaches within the fencing/hedge line existed before the development was commenced. It is not to be ac oned further.
5) The highways kerbing heights across the site have been changed at the main entrance way and remain under ongoing discussions with GCC Highways. This may result in further works arising dependent upon GCC Highways s pulated requirements of the developer.
In light of this formal response from the developer, SDC Legal Services is to now be consulted on the allega ons levied by KPC, the posi onal statement of the developer and on whether proceedings should arise over the disputed points that have been made the subject of complaint.
