2020/21 UEFA Champions League Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Champions League Date: 14 April 2021 Match: Liverpool FC vs. Real Madrid CF (0:0)

Liverpool FC Charges: • Setting off fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR • Acts of damage, Art. 16(2)(f) DR • Crowd disturbances, Art. 16(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Liverpool FC €10,000 for setting off fireworks and crowd disturbances. • To fine Liverpool FC €10,000 for the acts of damage. • The above fines in the total amount of €20,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To order Liverpool FC to contact Real Madrid CF within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for the damaged window of Real Madrid CF’s team bus.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Champions League Date: 4 May 2021 Match: Manchester City FC vs. Paris Saint-Germain (2:0)

Paris Saint-Germain Charges: • Improper conduct of the team (5 players or more), Art. 15(4) DR • Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. Mauricio Roberto Pochettino Trossero), Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Assault (Mr. Angel Di Maria), Art. 15(1)(e) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Paris Saint-Germain €16,000 for the improper conduct of the team. • To fine Paris Saint-Germain €35,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • The above fines in the total amount of €51,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn Paris Saint-Germain coach, Mr. Mauricio Roberto Pochettino Trossero, for being responsible for the late kick-off. • Paris Saint-Germain ensures that its coach is personally informed of this decision. • To suspend Paris Saint Germain player, Mr. Angel Di Maria, for a total of three (3) UEFA club competition matches for which he would otherwise be eligible, for assaulting another player. • Paris Saint-Germain ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.

Real Madrid Charges: • Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. ), Art. 11(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Real Madrid CF €10,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn Mr. Zinedine Zidane for being responsible for the late kick-off. • Real Madrid CF ensures that Mr. Zinedine Zidane is personally informed of this decision.

2020/21 UEFA Europa League Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 6 May 2021 Match: Arsenal FC vs. Villarreal CF (0:0)

Arsenal FC Charges: • Minimum medical requirements (late arrival ambulance), Art. 11.02(a) UEFA Medical Regulations

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn Arsenal FC for failing to meet the minimum medical requirements, i.e. for the late arrival of the ambulance at the stadium.
