    3 byrom i Trondheim Om planer, bruk og opplevelser 3 spaces in Trondheim On planning, use and experience Kristine Tønnesen M I nstitutt for Landskapsplanlegging asteroppgave 30 stp. 2011 Sammendrag Denne masteroppgaven er en praktisk og komparativ studie av tre byrom i Trondheim; Torget, Bakklandet og Solsiden. Oppgavens formål er å gi et innspill til generelt planarbeide med tanke på å tilrettelegge for aktivitet i byrom. Sentrale spørsmål oppgaven søker å svare på er: Hvilken type aktivitet forekommer i byrommene Torget, Bakklandet og Solsiden i Trondheim? Hva har intensjonene bak utformingen vært, og hvordan er den faktiske bruken i dag? Hvilket forhold har byens befolkning til stedene? Materialinnsamlingen er foretatt etter Lefebvres ”conceptual triad” med observasjon på stedene, studier av stedets historie og planer samt halvstrukturerte, kvalitative intervju med et knippe informanter. Materialet er deretter analysert med utgangspunkt i Gehls tre aktivitetsklasser: nødvendig aktivitet, valgfri aktivitet og følgeaktivitet (sosial aktivitet). Til sammen vil disse to innfallsvinkler gi et verktøy for å vurdere kvaliteten på byrommet samtidig som det bringer inn en ekstra dimensjon ved at det gir grunnlag for å se hvorvidt byrommet tas i bruk på den måten det var planlagt for og gir innsikt i folks faktiske forhold til stedet. Ved å studere tre ulike byrom, med svært ulik tilblivelse, gis det også mulighet til å fange likheter og forskjeller på byrommene både i planer, hvilken type aktivitet stedet inviterer til og hvilket forhold byens befolkning har til stedene. Ambisjonen er at denne innfallsvinkelen skal kunne gi et tilskudd til planlegging.     Historieglimt 161 Stavne-Leangen-banen Stavne-Leangen-banen er en del av norsk jernbanehistorie. Den kan på flere måter illustrere hvordan norske jernbaner er bygd ut etappevis over lange tidsrom og at mange er blitt nedlagt. I Norge i dag dominerer de lange linjene mellom de store byene. Dovrebanen og Nordlandsbanen strekker seg fra Oslo til Bodø. Bergensbanen går mellom de to største byene. Sørlandsbanen binder sammen Oslo, Kristiansand og Stavanger. Dovrebanen kan vise det typiske utbygningsmønsteret. Det som er kjent som vår første bane, Christiania- Eidsvoll, ble åpnet i 1854. Den ble ført videre til Hamar. Så ble strekningen til Tretten åpnet i 1894, til Otta i 1896, til Dombås i 1913 og videre til Støren i 1921. Banen fra Trondhjem til Støren ble åpnet i 1864. Trondhjem-Hell kom i 1881. Nordlandsbanen kom i 1905 til Sunnan, til Grong i 1929, til Storforshei i 1942, til Fauske i 1958 og til Bodø i 1962. På samme måte ble de andre lange strekningene i Norge bygd. Stavne-Leangen-banen er stadig i en viss bruk i 2015, men det er lenge mellom hvert tog. Mange andre baner er helt nedlagt. Det gjelder særlig mindre sidebaner. I alt er det 40 nedlagte jernbaner i landet vårt! Her skal noen nevnes. Krøderbanen ble åpnet i 1871. Passasjertrafikken stoppet i 1958 og godstransporten i 1985. Den er nå museumsjernbane. Setesdalsbanen var ferdigbygd i 1895, nedlagt i 1962 og er nå museumsjernbane over to kilometer. Flekkefjordsbanen virket 1901-1991. Grimstadbanen ble åpnet som privat bane i 1907, men overtatt av NSB i 1912 og drevet til 1961.

    Strategisk analyse og verdsettelse av Rosenborg Ballklub BE305E Finansiering og investering Bodø, 2015 Stig Roland Nyvik Kristian Holhjem Almli Abstract The purpose of this master’s thesis was to valuate Rosenborg Ballklub per 1 January 2015. The valuation of Rosenborg was conducted using fundamental valuation. We chose this method because it allowed us to base the valuation on analyses of strategy and financial statements. This method is considered to be the most suitable to use when valuating a football club such as Rosenborg. Rosenborg is Norway’s most successful football club, having won more than 20 league titles. Norwegian football clubs have in recent years experienced a recession due to declining attendances, lower revenue from sponsorship deals and few success stories in European club competitions. Our valuation is based on financial statements for the period 2010-2014, while the strategic analysis stems from statements by Rosenborg, sports websites and news articles. The PESTEL analysis indicates that the main macroeconomic challenges for Norwegian football clubs are legislative changes and fluctuations in the economy. The external analysis revealed that the greatest threats were high rivalry among clubs and the media´s increased bargaining power. In the internal analysis we have identified Rosenborg’s strengths and weaknesses. The strategic analysis is summarised in a SWOT analysis, where we see that the club has several enduring advantages. The analysis of the financial statements shows that Rosenborg's revenue has been declining through the period, which confirms the economic challenges the industry is facing. Simultaneously, we see that Rosenborg is better equipped to meet these challenges through a greater solvency than the footballing industry at large.

Innledning Elgeseter gate har siden den gamle jernbanetraséen ble gate i 1882, vært en viktig adkomst til Midtbyen. Gata går gjennom et av Norges mest produktive og innovative campusområder og er en urban og historisk viktig boliggate. Planprogrammet skal bidra til å informere befolkningen og ulike private og offentlige aktører om formålet med og forutsetninger for planarbeidet, planprosessen, fremdrift, opplegget for medvirkning og behovet for utredninger.

Introduction Since its creation in 2005, the CIES Football Observatory has been monitoring the transfer of players through information published by clubs and the media. This report analyses the paid transactions having taken place since 2010 involving teams from the five major European championships: the English Premier League, the Spanish Liga, the German Bundesliga, the Italian Serie A and the French Ligue 1. The first chapter studies from a historical per- spective the sums paid in transfer fees, while the second analyses the clubs and leagues having benefitted from these investments. The third chapter presents the financial balance sheets for both teams and leagues over the period stretching from 2010 to 2018. The figures published in this report include fixed transfer fees, eventual add-ons, as well as sums paid in the context of paying loans. The sums involved in the case of loans with an obligation to buy are included in the fig- ures for the year in which the agreement was concluded.
