Peju’s Rutherford Estate is a Certified Organic vineyard, and AGING is planted primarily with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet 18 months Franc. The winery’s two additional properties, located in Pope Valley and Calistoga, are both sustainably farmed. At Persephone Ranch in Pope ALCOHOL Valley, the climate is suited to grow , as well as Zinfandel, 14.5% , Cabernet Sauvignon, , and Merlot. Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot are grown on the Wappo Vineyard in Calistoga. Drawing TA 6.2 g/l from such varied , the wines exhibit the perfect blend of mountain- fruit focus and Rutherford complexity.
