Brittany Danahy serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Miller Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the sale and lease of retail and professional office space throughout Sussex and Kent County, Delaware.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Danahy served as a commercial realtor for Ocean Atlantic Commercial which she played an iatrical roll of creating and growing. Danahy oversaw all commercial transactions including sale and leasing of retail, office, land and multi-family properties. Danahy worked and continues to

work along side the development company, Ocean Atlantic to successfully lease all developed commercial properties.

A graduate of the University of San Diego, Brittany majored in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate. In 2004 Brittany began working for Grubb & Ellis | BRE Commercial, an affiliate of Grubb & Ellis, While at BRE Commercial, Brittany worked on a team with a company wide top producer (over $300,000,000 in completed transactions), eight years in a row of industrial sales and leasing.
