UN PARTENARIAT MOTIVÉ PAR LE CONTEXTE ACTUEL D’après l’enquête Besoins en main d’œuvre (BMO) réalisée en 2018 par Pôle Emploi, 80 000 emplois sont à pourvoir dans le secteur du numérique et ne trouvent pas de preneurs sur le territoire. En effet, le marché de l’emploi dans l’informatique est sous tension. Dans la Région Sud, le nombre deformations dans ce domaine stagne, alors qu’il augmente de 20% dans la capitale et autres grandes villes. La conséquence sur les entreprises est importante puisque ces dernières ont du mal à recruter en région. Toutefois, la Région Sud bénéficie d’un large vivier d’emplois qualifiés qui est encore non exploité par les jeunes. C’est dans ce contexte que les deux groupes d’envergure nationale, Epitech (école membre du Groupe IONIS) et Softway Medical ont tissé cette alliance. Celle-ci a un ancrage conséquent dans la Région Sud puisqu’elle concerne le campus Epitech Marseille et Softway Medical dont le siège est basé à Meyreuil, près d’Aix- en-Provence. DES ENJEUX COMMUNS POUR ALLER AU-DELÀ DE LA RELATION ÉCOLE-EMPLOYEUR La Grande Ecole du Numérique annonce qu’il y a 200 000 emplois à pourvoir dans le numérique d’ici 2022.
