Banquet Room Guidelines Maximum of 25 people for sit down. Max of 35 for cocktail party or 45 with adjacent patio. The banquet room is available for lunch, dinner or cocktail parties. There is no room charge. There is a minimum per person though. Minimums: Sunday through Thursday 10 – 25 people. Friday & Saturday 15‐25 people. Lunch or Lunch Cocktail – is $16 a head minimum. Dinner or Dinner Cocktail – is $45 a head minimum. Automatic 20% Gratuity on total bill before tax. $100 dollar charge for your own bartender and bar. 2 different menu options for Lunch to choose from. Or a buffet option. 3 different menu options for Dinner to choose from. Or a buffet option. Cocktail Party Food Sit down with customer and customize what they would like for their guests and price out. Use appetizer buffet format and price accordingly. Customize Bar options as well keeping in mind that they can have their own bar. Wine Options Low tier wine option for $20 a bottle (Cannot negotiate bottles in this tier) Lindeman’s Chardonnay & Coastal Vines Cabernet.
