1. We will continue to collect data from companies-supplier of electricity and heating energy; 2. The most difficult objects are the towns and villages with large populations and diversified economy; 3. Some information sources provide incorrect data; 4. The relationship between the net cost of heating energy and electricity, fuel consumption and economic indicators is not direct because of the system of subsidizing costs in Northern power district.
