BOLETÍN OFICIAL DEL PAÍS VASCO N.º 58 jueves 26 de marzo de 2015 OTRAS DISPOSICIONES DEPARTAMENTO DE DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO Y COMPETITIVIDAD 1406 RESOLUCIÓN de 16 de marzo de 2015, del Delegado Territorial de Gipuzkoa del Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad, por la que se convoca para el levantamiento de las Actas Previas a la ocupación de determinadas fincas afectadas por el proyecto de Ampliación de servidumbre de la zona de protección correspondiente a la línea eléctrica aérea a 132 kV, denominada ST Hernani-ST Azpeitia 1 y 2 y sus derivaciones, en los términos municipales de Hernani, Urnieta, San Sebastián, Lasarte-Oria, Usurbil, Orio, Aia, Zarautz, Zestoa, Azpeitia, Aizarnazabal y Zumaia. Ref.: 24040/AT-H-2012-161. Por Resolución de 25 de agosto de 2014, del Director de Energía, Minas y Administración Industrial del Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad, se declaró, a solicitud de la empresa Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica, S.A.U., la Utilidad Pública de la Ampliación de servi- dumbre de la zona de protección correspondiente a la línea eléctrica aérea a 132 kV, denominada ST Hernani-ST Azpeitia 1 y 2 y sus derivaciones, en los términos municipales de Hernani, Urnieta, San Sebastián, Lasarte-Oria, Usurbil, Orio, Aia, Zarautz, Zestoa, Azpeitia, Aizarnazabal y Zumaia. Dicha declaración de Utilidad Pública, que a tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 54 de la Ley 54/1997, de 27 de noviembre, del Sector Eléctrico, (BOE de 28-11-1997), lleva implícita la necesidad de ocupación de los bienes y derechos afectados, da lugar a la urgente ocupación de los mismos y determina las consecuencias que para la declaración de urgente ocupación dispone el artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1954, con los efectos registrales del artículo 53 de la misma. En su virtud, el Delegado Territorial de Gipuzkoa, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1954 citada, ha resuelto convocar a los propietarios y titulares de los derechos afectados, en los Ayuntamientos de Aia, Aizarnazabal, Hernani, Lasarte-Oria, Orio, Usurbil, Zarautz y Zestoa, donde radican los bienes afectados, como punto de reunión para llevar a cabo el levantamiento de las actas previas a la ocupación de los bienes afectados y, si procediera, el de la ocupación definitiva, sin perjuicio de trasladarse al terreno en caso necesario. Todos los interesados, así como las personas que sean titulares de cualquier clase de dere- chos o intereses sobre los bienes afectados, deberán acudir personalmente o bien representados por personas debidamente autorizadas, aportando documentos acreditativos de su titularidad y el último recibo de la contribución, pudiendo hacerse acompañar por un perito y un notario si lo estiman oportuno. El levantamiento de actas previas tendrá lugar los días 5, 6, 12, 13, 20, 26 y 27 de mayo y 2, 3, 9, 10 y 16 de junio de 2015, comunicándose la orden del levantamiento a cada titular mediante envío de cédula de citación en la que se señale lugar, día y hora, procediéndose, asimismo, a las demás publicaciones establecidas en el artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa. En el expediente expropiatorio, la empresa Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica, S.A.U., asumirá la condición de Beneficiaria. Asimismo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 56.2 del Reglamento de Expropiación Forzosa, los interesados así como las personas que siendo titulares de derechos reales o intere- 2015/1406 (1/8) BOLETÍN OFICIAL DEL PAÍS VASCO N.º 58 jueves 26 de marzo de 2015 ses económicos se hayan podido omitir en la relación publicada, podrán formular por escrito a la Delegación Territorial de Gipuzkoa, del Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad del Gobierno Vasco, sita en la Calle Easo n.º 10 de Donostia-San Sebastián (20006), hasta el día señalado para el levantamiento de las actas previas, las alegaciones que estimen oportunas, a los solos efectos de subsanar los posibles errores en que se haya podido incidir al relacionar los bienes y derechos que se afectan.     Observaciones acerca del acento de la zona occidental de Gipuzkoa JOSE IGNACIO HUALDE (University ofIllinois) Abstract This paper examines the parameters of variation found in the accentual systems of western Guipuscoa. This area includes varieties with very different accentual systems ranging from some which are fundamentally identical to southwestern Biscayan to others that are more akin to the central Biscayan system to yet others with only very limited accentual contrasts. o. Introducci6n En este artIculo se examina el sistema de acentuaci6n utilizado en una zona occidental de Gipuzkoa que comprende las localidades de Azpeitia, Azkoitia, Errezil (Regil), Bergara y Eibar; esto es, tanto en areas de Gipuzkoa que L. L. Bonaparte clasifico como de dialecto vizcaIno (Bergara, Eibar),como en otras colindantes consi­ deradas como pertenecientes al dialecto guipuzcoano. 1 El proposito de est:e trabajo es ayudar a completar nuestro conocimiento acerca de los sistemas ace.ntuales vascos de tipo occidental 0 vizcaIno-guipuzcoano.2 En el area examinada en este artIculo no hay uniformidad en cuanto a los hechos acentuales. De hecho, las diferencias de acentuaci6n parecen encontrarse entre las primeras que saltan a la vista entre hablas de localidades vecinas de esta zona, segun nota Altuna (1979) para Azpeitia y Azkoitia y Laspiur (1979) para Eibar y Bergara. Un hecho interesante y que requiere explicaci6n desde un punto de vista diacr6nico es que encontramos coincidencias notables entre 10s hechos acentuales de algunas hablas de esta zona y otras no particularmente cercanas, como las del suroeste de Bizkaia (Arratia, Zeberio). Las hablas de Eibar y Bergara se acercan ffias a las de la zona de Markina y, por tanto, al vizcaIno central, aunque presentan particularidades propias.
