Interested subcontractors are encouraged to contact the pre-qualified firms for subcontracting opportunities. A Project Site Tour and Pre-Proposal Conference will be held as follows:

Project Site Tour: DATE: Thursday, December 6, 2018 START TIME: 10:00 AM MEETING PLACE: Control area H003 in the upper mezzanine level above L-train platform. Access from street stairs on 14th Street, east of 6th Avenue. Shown in A- 112 drawing in contract documents

Pre-Proposal Conference: DATE: Friday, December 7, 2018 START TIME: 2:00 PM VENUE: 2 Broadway, 6th Floor, Conference Room A6.03, New York, NY, 10004

Prospective subcontractors are limited to 2 attendees per event. Those who wish to attend the Project Site Tour and/or Pre-Proposal Conference are required to notify the Procurement Representative ([email protected]) not later than midday, three (3) business days prior to the scheduled date of the relevant event.
