All Parameters as per the FSSAI, EU & AIJN code are ensured by strict conformance. Our Plant have been certified for ISO 22000:2005 for its Food Safety Management Systems & FSSC 22000:2013 (under GFSI). We are the approved supplier from SGF, Accreditation Germany under the IRMA programme which is a Voluntary Control System. Our plant is registered with USFDA and HALAL & KOSHER certified. All these equipment’s are PLC operated with Process high automa�on level, high filling control level, fully automa�c cleanup for be�er and efficient monitoring, opera�ons to preserve the integrity, natural and the physical Methodology characteris�cs of the product. The process flow is briefly explained here for you. Firm fully matured fruits are harvested and quickly transported to fruit processing plant. Selected suitable quality of fruits goes into the controlled atmospheric ripening chambers and allowed to ripen. The matured ripened fruits are washed, de-seeded, pulp extracted, thermally processed by HTST process and 1) Asep�cally filled into pre-sterilized asep�c bags or 2) OTS Cans which are herme�cally sealed, retorted and cooled. To maintain the freshness of our natural products, we ensure that they are packaged in materials which not only help preserve their nutri�onal value but also increase their shelf Our life and maintain their taste. The fruit was then introduced to Konkan region (Ratnagiri) of Maharashtra, South Gujarat (Valsad) and parts of South India (Mysore & Dharwad). Alphonso Mango is known for its unique taste, aroma, flavor & color. Its firm yet fibreless pulp ensures smooth, creamy mango while s�ll maintaining its integrity when cut. The Totapuri Mango is oblong, large & necked at the base with prominent beak (totapuri in hindi is known as parrot). This is most common & popular variety of mango used for produc�on of Mango puree & concentrate in India and accounts for 80 % of total mango purees & concentrates in India. The fruit is medium-oblong in size with a red-blush on the shoulders. It is cul�vated only in Gujarat state. Kesar Mango puree makes an ideal choice for Mango Lassi/milkshake due to its perfect balance of brix/acidity ra�o. Though the fruit does not keep well, its texture is fibreless and taste is deligh�ul because of right balance of sugar and acid. It is one of the best juicing mangoes with a unique flavor (mildly-spicy aroma)and they best consumed when fruit turns slightly yellow. Like the Alphonso and the Totapuri mango, the Raspuri Mango is used in the making of ice creams, yogurts, smoothies, juices, jams and jellies. Today of course the fruit has spread throughout the world, right from Hawaii to India. In India, White Guava is primarily cul�vated in Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra and U�ar Pradesh. Most popular varie�es of white guavas are Allahabad Safeda and Lucknow 49. The fruit is good source of Vitamin C, pec�n, calcium and phosphorous. This fruit is a recommended to deal with health issues such as high blood pressure, cons�pa�on and improve blood circula�on. The Red Papaya is grown across all tropical regions in the world with India leading the list.
