Ethnopassion. Peggy Guggenheims Sammlung ethnischer Kunst. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Sammlung Peggy Guggenheim in Venedig und dem Museum der Kulturen der Stadt Lugano. Gezeigt werden ethnographische Objekte, die Peggy Guggenheim für ihre Sammlung erstanden hat. The Cantonal Art Museum represents an important point of reference in the cultural activity of Ticino. The Institute concentrates itself on three fundamental sectors: the conservation and study of all the works that are the property of the Canton and the Franz Gertsch, Maria und Benz, 1970 extension of such heritage; the presentation of its permanent collection which is in continuous growth thanks to new acquisitions and donations; animation through temporary exhibits and exchanges. Die Dauerausstellung Museo de l Ma lc antone 14.00 – 17.00 besteht aus zwei grossen sowie kleineren Ausstellungsräumen und belegt das ganze CHF 5.- / 3.- Erdgeschoss. Euro 3.- / 2.- Le musée du Malcantone, ouvert au public Autopostale / Postauto en 1989, se trouve à Curio. Le siège du CarPostal / PostBus musée est un bel édifice classique, dessiné Curio par l’architecte Luigi Fontana en 1853. L’exposition permanente, aménagée dans deux grandes salles et dans quatre plus pe- tites, occupe tout le rez-de-chaussée.

La mostra illustra la straordinaria storia di moltissimi malcantonesi che per secoli sono emigrati per esercitare il mestiere del forna- ciaio. Fornace Vannotti a Ló Monferrato “Das Werk der Ziegelsteinbrenner zur Herstellung von Ziegelsteinen, Fliesen und Dachpfannen“. Die Auswanderung der Ziegelsteinbrenner aus dem Malcantone. Die Ausstellung zeigt die aussergewöhnliche Geschichte von vielen Menschen die aus dem Malcantone ausgewandert sind um als Ziegelbrenner tätig zu sein.

Anita Spinelli Nel centenario della nascita di Anita Spinelli, la Città di Lugano dedica all’artista ticinese una mostra antologica che ne ripercorre l’intera produzione, dagli esordi fino alle opere più recenti. Il percorso espositivo segue un ordine cronologico e tematico, presentando un’ottantina di oli e di opere su carta che permettono di scoprire l’affascinante mondo di questa artista visionaria.

Il principe dei Botanici Una mostra in omaggio a Carlo Linneo, cele- bre botanico svedese del Settecento, a 250 anni dalla pubblicazione della decima edizione del Systema naturae (1758). Linneo introdusse nel campo delle scienze naturali un metodo per catalogare gli esseri viventi e un criterio innovativo per nominarli in modo semplice e univoco, ancora oggi utilizzato universalmente.
