Direktur dan Sekretaris Perusahaan Pakuwon Jati Minarto Basuki menjelaskan alasan transaksi tersebut untuk diversifikasi geografis bisnis perseroan di luar Surabaya dan Jakarta. Awalnya ketiga aset tersebut dimiliki oleh PT Delta Merlin Dunia Properti sebagai pemilik gedung dan Sumitro selaku pemilik tanah. Perusahaan properti tersebut merupakan entitas Duniatex Group. BAB I PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Gambaran Umum Objek Penelitian Vans merupakan Brand Sneakers yang melegenda dan mendunia sampai saat ini. Vans membuka tokonya pertama kali pada 16 Maret 1966, di jalan 704E Broadway, di Anaheim, California.
