Nouveau Mode Opératoire Pour Thalys En Allemagne Nouveau mode opératoire pour Thalys en Allemagne Bruxelles, le 28 novembre 2016 - Entreprise ferroviaire à part entière sur les territoires belge et français depuis avril 2015, Thalys poursuit son évolution et change son mode opératoire en Allemagne à compter du 11 décembre 2016. Thalys y opérera en direct avec le soutien de SNCF Voyages Deutschland (SVDe) et de Keolis Deutschland, dans le cadre d’accords avec DB Netz et DB Station & Services notamment. Ce changement sera sans impact sur le plan du service, mais s’accompagne d’une cinquième liaison aller- retour quotidienne jusque Essen. Thalys 1996 / 2016. Créé le 2 juin 1996, Thalys s’élançait pour la première fois en Allemagne le 14 décembre 1997. Les Thalys étaient alors opérés sur le territoire allemand par la Deutsche Bahn Fernverkehr, dans le cadre du pacte d’actionnaires liant la SNCB (28%), la SNCF (62%) et la DB Fv (10%), selon lequel chaque maison-mère était responsable de l’opération des trains rouges sur son territoire. En 20 ans, l’entreprise a évolué et, de société d’exploitation en charge de la commercialisation des trains rouges, Thalys est devenue en 2015 entreprise ferroviaire à part entière pour la Belgique et la France, à laquelle la SNCB et la SNCF ont confié l’entièreté des opérations pour la Belgique et la France. Pour l’Allemagne, un autre mode a été choisi, Thalys faisant appel aux compétences de l’entreprise ferroviaire SVDe. Concrètement, Thalys circulera en Allemagne sous certificat de sécurité SVDe, les équipes de Thalys continuant de piloter l’ensemble du dispositif tant sur le plan opérationnel que commercial, y compris la conduite des trains jusqu’à Aix-la-Chapelle et Cologne, ainsi que le service et le contrôle à bord. Pour compléter ses équipes de conducteurs, Thalys fera appel aux personnels de Keolis Deutschland, spécialement formés à la grande vitesse dans les rames Thalys. Afin de garantir le même niveau d’exigence en termes de sécurité et de qualité de service, le nouveau modus operandi de Thalys en Allemagne s’articulera ainsi de la façon suivante. Réseau. Thalys continuera de proposer chaque jour cinq allers-retours depuis Paris et Bruxelles vers Aix-la-Chapelle et Cologne, ses destinations historiques, en 1h08 et 1h47, mais également désormais vers Düsseldorf, Duisbourg et Essen en respectivement 2h12, 2h25 et 2h38 (actuellement desservis au rythme de 4 allers-retours quotidiens). Dortmund reste desservi trois fois par jour en 3h08 (nouvelle desserte depuis mars 2016). Pilotage. Thalys pilotera au quotidien l’ensemble du service opérationnel, en contact direct avec le gestionnaire d’infrastructure allemand (DB Netz) comme avec chacune des gares desservies : Aix-la-Chapelle, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Duisbourg, Essen et Dortmund. Plan de transport. Thalys gérera l’ensemble des demandes de sillons auprès du gestionnaire d’infrastructure par l’intermédiaire de SVDe, entreprise ferroviaire responsable de la sécurité pour le territoire allemand, en coordination avec le planning et la direction de la sécurité de Thalys. Conduite, contrôle et accompagnement. La conduite des trains Thalys entre Paris, Bruxelles et Dortmund continuera d’être prise en charge par les conducteurs Thalys jusqu’à Aix-la-Chapelle ou Cologne ; le reste du trajet vers Dortmund sera assuré par des conducteurs Keolis Deutschland en coordination avec les équipes Thalys. Pour ce qui concerne le contrôle et l’accompagnement, ils continueront d’être effectués par les équipes de Train Managers Thalys jusqu’à Dortmund. Service à bord. L’accueil à bord des trains et le bouquet de services en Comfort 1 (dont les repas servis à la place) continueront d’être intégralement assurés par les équipes multilingues deThalys entre la frontière belge et Cologne. Distribution et information. Aucun changement n’est programmé sur le plan de la distribution. Thalys reste distribué en ligne sur thalys.com ainsi que b-europe.com et voyages-sncf.fr, par téléphone via le call center Thalys dédié (+32 70 79 79 79) et en agences de voyage. Les trois « Store&More » de Thalys en Allemagne continueront d’accueillir les voyageurs à Cologne, Aix-la-Chapelle et Düsseldorf (point de vente inauguré en juin 2016). Les voyageurs pourront continuer à y acheter leurs billets, recevoir de l’information, et se reposer dans les espaces « Lounge » (dédiés aux clients fréquents et voyageurs d’affaires).     PRESS RELEASE Paris, 12 December 2016 Keolis Downer awarded the first multimodal transport contract in Newcastle, Australia Keolis’ Australian subsidiary, Keolis Downer, has been awarded a 10 year contract to operate and maintain a new integrated public transport system in Newcastle. The contract will generate total revenue of around €312 million (AU$450 million) and will start in July 2017. This is the first multimodal contract to be tendered to the private sector in Australia and includes operations and maintenance for buses, ferries and a new light rail system. Through this new contract Keolis strengthens its presence in Australia and its position as a leading multimodal operator. Keolis Downer today welcomes the New South Wales (NSW) Government’s announcement that it has been awarded a 10 year contract with Transport for NSW to operate an integrated public transport system for the city of Newcastle, located north of Sydney (360,000 inhabitants). A first in Australia Newcastle Transport is the first multimodal transport system to be contracted to a private operator in Australia and integrates network planning and design, with the operation and maintenance of the city’s buses, ferries, future light rail (in 2019) and interchange. This integrated transport solution will deliver better services for residents and visitors and will play an important role in the revitalisation of the city. Keolis Downer will use its unique expertise in network design to build a transport offer that meets the local community’s needs. Februar 2021 – Aufgrund von Brückenarbeiten im Bereich Lechtenberg wird der Streckenabschnitt zwischen Münster (Westf) Hbf und Münster-Hiltrup für den Bahnverkehr vom 21. Februar, ab 22:00 Uhr bis zum 07. März um 22:00 Uhr gesperrt. Die Linien RB 89 (eurobahn) und RE 7 (National Express) fallen in diesem Zeitraum in beiden Fahrtrichtungen aus. Für die ausfallenden Halte ist ein gemeinsamer Schienenersatzverkehr mit Bussen eingerichtet. Die eurobahn verweist für die Züge der RB 89 um 2:05 Uhr ab Münster-Hiltrup Richtung Hamm zusätzlich auf geänderte Fahrtzeiten. Um die Ersatzhaltestelle am Münster (West) Hbf zu erreichen, wird den Fahrgästen empfohlen, den Bahnhof am Hauptausgang zu verlassen und sich links in Richtung Parkhaus zu halten. This response has been jointly reviewed by Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and Keolis Amey Metrolink (KAM) and should be considered as a joint response. Recommendation 1 KAM and TfGM welcome the launch of the Light Rail Safety and Standards Board (LRSSB) and are committed to working with LRSSB to provide the step change in the governance within the light rail sector. KAM and TfGM look forward to seeing the output from the sub-committees originally established by UKTram, and in particular Sub-Committee one, which will support existing action plans for recommendations 3 to 8. Recommendation 2 KAM and TfGM have been working with Atkins to provide five years of accident and incident data, to support the population of the Safety Risk Model (SRM) template for Manchester Metrolink. Both KAM and TFGM are pleased that Manchester has been picked as the first location to implement the new model and our respective teams are fully committed to the work. A two day workshop has been scheduled for the 12th and 13th March, which includes representatives from both TfGM and KAM. The workshop will use the combined expertise to reach a consensus on the identification of hazards, precursors and the assessment of risks This work will lead to the identification of Manchester Metrolink’s risk profile.

    PRESS RELEASE Paris, 22 March 2021 UAE: Keolis wins 15-year contract to operate Dubai’s world class driverless metro and tram networks • Following Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) announcement on 20 March 2021, Keolis is honoured that the company and its international partners were the successful bidders for a 9-year contract, with a possible 6-year extension1 and worth approximately 125 million euros per year, to operate and maintain the city’s world class metro and tram networks. • The new contract provides a perfect opportunity to blend the RTA’s reputation for innovation and efficiency with Keolis’ international experience and expertise. The extent of Keolis’ metro experience is reflected in the many other automated metro networks the business successfully manages across the world, which includes Lyon and Rennes in France, Doha (Qatar), Shanghai (China) and Hyderabad (India). • The value of Keolis’ experience of operating tram networks across the world will be an equally important feature of the new contract.
