The is located in the foothills, west from Strasbourg, the capital of Alsace. Domaine Ansen is a two-person-operation run by Daniel Ansen who has become a winemaker in Bordeaux. After a 10-year-experience, he took over his relatives' and launched his own in 2012. He is focused on aromatic from cool climate. His portofolio shows a wide range of wines issued from individual fields. The major types of underground are Keuper marl, limestone, and sandstone. The wine estate is located in a small village nestled at the bottom of a pic- turesque valley. Most vineyards are scattered on two slopes facing south ; one on a schist soil : the « Schieferberg », the other on a volcano-sandstone soil : the Eichelberg. We’re engaged in an organic production since 2010. The whole range of Alsace wines are represented. In 2019, our Riesling « Schieferberg » 2015 was chosen as one of the Best Riesling Alsace sold in DK. A comment was also published in the Gastro ma- gazine with a six star rate out of six.

Champagne SORET-DEVAUX is located in Colombé-le-Sec, in the main growing AOC vineyard area vhich is « Côte des Bar » . The story of this family estate begins with the great grandfather « Hermas » who planted the first vines in 1946. Loïc and Romaric took over the domain in 2000. Our vineyard covers 8 hectares. W e grow our grapes on a specific subsoil called kimmeridgien and we use respectful wine growing practices. Thanks to that, our Champagen draw their unique character, their fruity, their finesse and minerallity.
