As we all gear up to celebrate various upcoming festivals, across various cultures, in India, we also do know that food is an integral part of every celebration. Food aids to unite and strengthen community bonds. A varied platter of avours helps to spread the essence of love and support along with joy to mark special occasions. It blends the traditional eating patterns and ancient nutrition to serve new age scientically validated dietary concepts of clean, sustainable eating supporting the environment and high anti-inammatory foods.

While we are learning to live with Covid-19 and stepping out of our homes for work and pleasure, we still need to be responsible for wearing masks, sanitising hands frequently and social distancing. Yoga has been playing a signicant role in helping and healing millions across the globe during the pandemic. The Yoga Institute is also opening their gates gradually for ofine experiences. Currently we are welcoming sadhakas for special classes, 200 hours part time TTC as well as the 21 Days Better Living Course and the 7 Days Insights Into Yoga camp.

I am a proud student of TYI. It has helped me to go through the upheavals of my life with a balanced state of mind. Being a tness freak, I used to think that one can keep their body t only by hitting the gym. After going to the gym, I would feel very tired and drained throughout the day. My Maa Hansaji Yogendra at TYI changed my perception towards Yoga. Yoga should be practiced daily and should be a part of your life. I realised Yoga is not only asanas. There are very few who can enlighten you and make you connect with that knowledge. I am very fortunate to get Maa Hansaji Yogendra as my Guru. Personally, Yoga practice has made me connect to my inner self. I have realized that feeling good inside the body and mind provides an overall feeling of well being. I feel stronger during these Covid times both physically and mentally and I feel more energetic. I have started to love things around me and this experience cannot be expressed in words. I have started eating what is required for the body. Indirectly I have started to feel more in tune with the spiritual being within me. There is a great self- awareness that I have started to experience

The best decision of my life was-to come to The Yoga Institute. As Hansa Maa says, it is not in our capacity to decide and turn up at the Institute all by ourselves only if we are chosen can we be inclined towards coming here. That is absolutely true, with my ever-uctuating mind, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to take up the 7 Months TTC, but the vibes and the positivity I felt at the Institute literally pulled me and I enrolled, and that was indeed the best decision I made for myself, an investment whose benets I will reap all my life.

I had a lot to work through myself, which made me feel a little emotionally exhausted initially, but with the learnings at the Institute and hearing Ma during the Parisamvad, lled me with positive energy and self awareness. The most important thing I learnt from Ma was acceptance of any situation, letting go and the peace that follows once we let go, and not holding anything against anyone, not even wishing anything bad for anyone, because it eventually affects our own Karma. ust go with the ow and live life with self awareness.

I can’t wait for my son to grow up and join the TTC, and be lled with wisdom. I will always be grateful and indebted to the Institute for changing my life and making me a better person in the most beautiful way!

Priti Bhusari, Student from Yoga Therapy Course

When I took up the Yoga Therapy course at The Yoga Institute just after my 900 hours ATTC, I surely wasn’t anticipating such an intense course . It is a journey enriched with knowledge under the guidance of Taruna Ma’am. 29 YOGASATTVA Shri Yogendraji - Father of renaissance

A Yogi is pure in thought, word and deed, such that he is not sorry for them later. He makes no pretence of any nature. He is not interested in any ritual. If at all any ritual is performed, it is spontaneous.

He has an indifferent attitude to life. Nothing is seen from any personal perspective and therefore, there is no personal projection. He allows things for what they are and sees them for what they are.

Love for Nature and Humanity is the main quality which keeps him at peace. Today, change in values confuses a man. There are no permanent values. They are individualistic. What used to happen in the past in two centuries happens today in ten years.

India was the seat of culture and its message went round the world. But there are not enough today who can guide the people.

If you want something in life rst learn to give selessly instead of just accepting to receive selshly. Life is very simple that way.
