Their similarities can be seen in love for king, obeying king, theology, pray and the heroes vigorous and physical power. Comparing these two works we concluded that epic and mythology is more natural in the Epic of the king than Garshaseb Nameh. The reason that Ferdowsi illustrates epic and mythological characters more natural and tangible is that their history is important for him while Garshaseb Nameh looks on the surface and outer part of epic and mythology. The authors of the monograph provide a critical analysis of both the arguments and terms put forward primarily by Soviet Oriental school, and those introduced in modern nationalistic writings, which misrepresent the background and cultural heritage of Nezami. Outright forgeries, including those about an alleged Turkish Divan by Nezami Ganjavi and falsified verses first published in Azerbaijan SSR, which have found their way into Persian publications, are also in the focus of the authors‖ attention. An important contribution of the book is that it highlights three rare and previously neglected historical sources with regards to the population of Arran and Azerbaijan, which provide information on the social conditions and ethnography of the urban Iranian Muslim population of the area and are indispensable for serious study of the Persian literature and Iranian culture of the period. lOI Hymns, wlion addressed to God, are called Munajat; when addressed to the Prophet, they are styled Na*^t. There are usually some of each class among the collected works of a poet. The Mesnevis alone have individual titles. In the case of romances these are as a rule formed of the names of the hero and heroine, as 'Khusrev and Shfrin;' in the case of didactic poems they are often purely fanciful, as Nefhat-ul- Ezhar 'The Waft of the Flowers;' sometimes the title may be indicative of the subject of the work, as Saqi-Name 'The Book of the Cupbearer,' which is the name of many poems dealing with the pleasures of wine w^hether literal or allegoric. Qasidas are often distinguished by a title taken from the subject of the exordium, or from the word that forms the redif, or, where there is no redi'f, from the last letter of the rhyming words. Thus a Qasida-i Behariya or 'Spring Qasi'da,' is one the exordium of which describes the spring season, a Gul Qasidasi or 'Rose Qasi'da' is one where the word " ' ' gul or rose forms the redif, and a Qasida-i Ra^iye or R Qasida' is one in which the rhyme- words end in the let- ter R. Firdawsi: a Scholium
Firdawsi: A Scholium by Burzine Waghmar and Sunil Sharma Hakim Abu’l-Qasim Mansur b. al-Hasan al-Firdawsi al-Tusi (ca. 940/41-ca. 1020/25), a middle- ranking aristocrat recognised by his nom de plume, Firdawsi (‘paradisiacal’), was a central figure in the history of classical Persian literature.1 His monumental epic poem, Shahnama (‘Book of Kings’), conjures Homeric as well as Miltonic associations to the Iranian mind thus ensuring him a niche in the universal literary canon.2 This mytho-poetic masterpiece, dealing with Persian legendary and recorded history from the first man to the Arab conquest in AD 652, has been continuously read, recited, remembered, and re-enacted across the Iranian-speaking oecumene straddling West, Central and South Asia for over a millennium.3 Starting from the nineteenth century, a virtual school of Shahnama studies has flourished as successive generations of scholars interpreted and contextualised the text in published abridgements, translations and new editions. Animated productions of Rustam’s adventures, as those of Hercules, are keenly enjoyed by adults and children in contemporary Iran and the diaspora.4 Although Firdawsi dedicated his work to Sultan Mahmud of Ghazni (r. 998-1030), his life was spent in the town of Tus, Khurasan, away from the courts of princes and paladins. For almost a generation, about thirty years, he quietly worked on his magnum opus and interspersed it with brief vignettes of his personal life for the reader. As Shahpur Shahbazi has noted: Much has been written on Ferdowsī and his work, but even learned studies have given inharmonious results for the simple reasons that our sources are late, uncritical and contradictory, and that … [t]he best authority is the Šāhnāma itself as the poet frequently breaks his narrative to insert a few lines about his age, work and thoughts.5 Firdawsi belonged to the traditional squirearchy or dihqan class emotively tied to its land and ancient Persian culture. -

The result of this study shows that although there are some similarities between two sources but there also exist some important differences among them from the structural and phonetic point of view. Index Terms—verbs structures, phonetics, Sabzevarian dialect, Persian language I. INTRODUCTION The importance of research around Persian language, the great ancient national and cultural state, is obvious. There have been many studies at this area today, but still can be found some dialects, which need to be studied among them is Sabzevarian dialect in Khorasan province. A Brief history of Sabzevar: Sabzevar, which Abolfazl -e -Beihagi recognized its root name as Sasanabad , as he believed the city was funded by Sassanid dynasty was first called Sasanvar and after the entry of Islam to Iran , it was changed to "Beihag" and finally to Sabzevar. (Beihaghi ,1991) Sabzevar is one of the counties of Khorasan province, located at North -East region of Iran. Measuring about 20628 km2 with 511616 population, it is the second large city of the province after Mashhad, covering % 16 of total area of the Khorasan province. -

As a rich treasure trove of informative and educational material, Persian literature has played an important role in the development and reinforcement of social ideas and values in society, which this mission continues to do best. 20I sionally, but not often, tells a story, and sometimes indulges in a little fine language. He is, moreover, the last Tezkire- writer to attempt a complete survey of the field of Ottoman poetry, to start at the' beginning and carry the thread down to the time of writing. The subsequent biographers take up the story at about the point where it is left off by the preceding writer to whose work they mean their own to be a continuation, always bringing the history down to the year in which they write. Riyazi was a poet of some distinction, and as we shall have occasion to speak of his career more fully later on, it is enough to say here that he was born in 980 (1572— 3) and died in 1054 (1644). His Tezkirc, which is of very con- siderable value, is dedicated to Sultan Ahmed I and was begun in the year 10 16 (1607 — 8) and completed in the Rejcb of 10 1 8 (1609). In the preface the author takes credit to himself, justly enough, for having avoided prolixity in language, lest it should prove a 'cause of weariness to the reader and the writer.' He also claims to be more critical than his predecessors who, he says, have inserted in their 'iczkires poets and poetasters alike, while he has admitted the poets (Jiily, turning the others out. Abstract. The article reviews and compares the stylistic styles of the Shahnameh's symbols of Ferdowsi and Garshaspname Asadi Toosi and Iliad and Odyssey of Homer in literary and intellectual terms. Also, in this research, we will examine the characterization and imaging and weighting in Garshasbnameh, Iliad, Odyssey and Shahnameh. The results showed that the use of artistic traits in filling the weight of the poems of Iliad and Odyssey Homer and Shahmanah or Garshasbnameh was used by the well-known authors of this work as well as adjectives to complete the weight of the poetry. They formulate a combination of trait and personality name formula that fulfills the weighting requirements of the poem by applying them. On the other hand, in Ferdowsi's Shahnameh, replacing the artistic trait, instead of the name of the people, serves a different structure of the womb that this structure not only helps in observing the weight of his poem but also provides a variety of vocabulary to express precise and precise details in the story. In the form of the content of Shahnameh and the Iliad and the epic Odyssey, there is a logical realm of urgency that ends with the rule of Ghazireh. Epic humans are signs of paradox. They are humble in their superiority and are victorious. -
