Pasal 1
Ketentu an Pasal 39 dalam Peratu ran Menteri Perhu bu ngan Nom or PM 40 Tahu n 2014 tentang Organ isasi dan Tata Kerja Un it Pen yelen ggara Bandar Udara (Berita Negara Repu blik In don esia Tah u n 2014 Nomor 1332), yan g telah beberapa kali diu bah dengan Peratu ran Menteri Perhu bu ngan: a. Nom or PM 83 Tahu n 2015 ten tan g Peru bahan atas
Peratu ran Menteri Perh u bu ngan Nomor PM 40 Tahu n 2014 ten tan g Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kan tor Unit Pen yelen ggara Bandar Udara (Berita Negara Repu blik In don esia Tahu n 2015 Nom or 688); b. Nom or PM 118 Tahu n 2016 ten tan g Peru bahan Kedu a atas Peratu ran Menteri Perh u bu ngan Nomor PM 40 Tah u n 2014 tentang Organ isasi dan Tata Kerja Kantor Unit Pen yelen ggara Bandar Udara (Berita Negara Repu blik In don esia Tahu n 2016 Nom or 1489); dan c. Nom or PM 8 Tahu n 2018 ten tan g Peru bahan Ketiga atas
Peratu ran Menteri Perh u bu ngan Nom or PM 40 Tahu n 2014 ten tang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kan tor Unit Pen yelen ggara Bandar Udara (Berita Negara Repu blik In don esia Tahu n 2018 Nomor 262), diu bah seh ingga berbu nyi sebagai berikut:

Pasal 39
(1) Unit Pen yelen ggara Bandar Udara berju m lah 158 (seratu s lima pu lu h delapan) Kantor Unit Pen yelen ggara Bandar Udara yan g terdiri atas: a. 2 (dua) Kantor Unit Pen yelen ggara Ban dar Udara Kelas I
Utama; b. 12 (du a belas) Kantor Unit Pen yelen ggara Bandar Udara
Kelas I; c. 23 (du a pu lu h tiga) Kantor Unit Pen yelen ggara Bandar
Udara Kelas II; dan d. 121 (seratu s du a pu lu h satu) Kan tor Un it Penyelen ggara
Ban dar Udara Kelas III.
(2) Satpel BU berju mlah 18 (delapan belas). (3) Daftar Kan tor Unit Penyelenggara Ban dar Udara dan Satpel
BU yan g m em u at nama bandara, lokasi, dan kelas sebagaim an a dimaksu d pada ayat (1) dan ayat (2) tercan tu m dalam Lampiran yan g m eru pakan bagian tidak terpisah kan dari Peratu ran Menteri ini.

Pasal II
Peratu ran Menteri ini mu lai berlaku pada tanggal diu ndangkan.

Penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan tugas Organisasi Unit Pelaksana Teknis Bandar Udara sebagai upaya meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan metode evaluasi penilaian eksisting jumlah nilai komponen substantive meliputi jasa angkutan udara, pelayanan lalu lintas udara, fasilitas dan daya tampung bandar udara, status bandar udara dan jumlah SDM operasional/fungsional dengan jumlah nilai yang diperoleh adalah 63 dari nilai tertinggi 120. Sedangkan komponen penunjang meliputi pegawai administrasi, anggaran bandar udara dan pendapatan negara bukan pajak dengan jumlah nilai yang diperoleh adalah 18 dari nilai tertinggi 60. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut maka Bandar Udara Cut Nyak Dhien sesuai masuk ke dalam katagori bandar udara kelas III dengan total nilai 81. Komponen substantif yang diperoleh adalah 63 dari nilai tertinggi 120, sedangkan jumlah nilai yang diperoleh untuk komponen penunjang adalah 18 dari nilai tertinggi 60.     INDIGENOUS KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICES FOR MARINE ECOTOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN MISOOL, RAJA AMPAT, INDONESIA By: Nurdina Prasetyo A thesis submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand February 2019 No matter how important local and national knowledge is within a specific spatial context, unless it is conveyed in English it has little chance to enter the global marketplace and be reproduced and recirculated. Somewhat ironically, given the desire to give voice to local and Indigenous perspectives, unless that voice can be spoken in English it is likely not to be heard. (Hall, 2013, p. 608) ABSTRACT This doctoral study examines the complexities of integrating Indigenous knowledge and practices into sustainable marine ecotourism development, with a focus on the case study of Misool, Raja Ampat, in West Papua Province, Indonesia. The research addresses the knowledge gaps on integrating Indigenous knowledge into marine ecotourism initiatives. Indigenous knowledge is often neglected as a key source of information, undervalued from the perspective of Western scientific knowledge, even though utilising Indigenous knowledge helps to increase the sustainability of development efforts and contributes to the empowerment of local communities. Literature on marine ecotourism shows an almost total absence of studies that draw from Indigenous knowledge, yet, local community participation is underlined as one of the most important factors in sustainable marine ecotourism development. This thesis thus aims to contribute new insights on how Indigenous knowledge can be optimally integrated or applied in marine ecotourism development. Misool is one of the islands in Raja Ampat which attracts scuba divers and marine tourists from around the world, due to its abundance marine life.

Date of emergency incidence 26 November 2004 (Friday), 11:25 hrs, local time / 02:25:03 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) (Note: Indonesia eastern time zone: + 9 GMT), Place • The earthquake hit Nabire District, which is a coastal regency of Papua Province, Indonesia, located, some 600 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Jayapura. • The regency can be reached from provincial capital by road, by air and sea from other regencies and provinces in normal setting. Back ground and related history • On 6 February 2004 at 06:05 hrs local time, a powerful earthquake measuring 6.9 Richter scale hit Nabire District in Papua Province, Indonesia. The intensity registered in the impact area was 4 – 5 MMI (Modified Mercally Intensity). • The earthquake has killed 34 people, injured 600 others and left much of the city in ruins. • Aftershocks remain registered and felt by the people and reported by the geophysics and meteorology agency up to 17 of February 2004. • The earthquake in Nabire took place only two weeks after major earthquake rocked Alor regency in East Nusa Tenggara (West Timor), killing 34 and injured hundreds of others.
