Sign up for and Mobile Apps Apple and Android OS

1. Log into your Online Banking Account.

2. Under the Preferences Menu on the left hand side of the menu, click on Mobile.

3. The Mobile Preferences screen will open; check ‘Yes, enable my User ID and for use on my mobile device’; this will allow you to use Mobile Banking (with the URL provided on the screen) and Mobile Apps. Next, click on the Mobile Authorizations tab.

4. Enter a 4 digit numeric code; you will need this code for authorizing any transactions done through Mobile Banking or Mobile Apps.

5. Make sure that the appropriate transactions types are checked in the Mobile Authorization.

6. Click on Submit.

You are now enrolled in Plumas Bank’s Mobile Banking!

To use Plumas Bank’s Apple or Android Apps:

1. Download the app from your app store.

2. Once the apps are installed, log in using your regular Online Banking username and password.

3. Choose the function you wish to perform from the main menu.

- View your account balances

- Make a transfer between your Plumas Bank accounts

- Business Customers can send commercial payments*

- Read or send messages

- Review your online activity (i.e. transfers)

- Click to locate the nearest or ATM

- Click to call Plumas Bank

Description of Mobile App functions:

Account Overview allows you to see all of your account balances at a glance.

*Commercial Payments are for Business Customers only and require an application process to have the Wire Origination option available through their Online Banking. The Commercial Payments option allows Business Customers the ability to send wires to their pre-determined recipients. This requires the Business to be enrolled in Mobile Banking and have a Mobile Code. Recipients have to be set up through the Online Banking account prior to sending a wire through Mobile Banking. Wire fees apply. Make a Transfer allows you to transfer funds between your accounts linked within your Online Banking for up to 7 days in advance. Simply choose the account to transfer from and to, the amount you would like to transfer, and the date that you would like the transfer to occur on, and then click on Submit Transfer. You will then enter your Mobile Access Code that you chose when you enrolled in Mobile Banking through your Online Banking Account. Click on Approve and you will be presented with a screen showing that the transaction was authorized and the tracking number of the transaction.

Messages and Alerts allow you to either view messages that Plumas Bank has sent you or send Plumas Bank a message.

Online Activity allows you to see the transactions that have been completed through your Online or Mobile Banking Account. Simply select the options to search by and click on Submit.

The ATM/Branch Locator allows you to find the nearest ATM or Branch location to you, search for a specific location, and also get directions, contact information and hours of operation. Select the ATM/Branch Locator option then choose the location whose information you wish to view.
