Is there a fee for using Mobile Banking?

There is not a fee to sign up for Mobile Banking. Standard text and data rates may apply. Please check with your cell phone carrier for these rates.

What types of mobile devices can use Mobile Banking?

All mobile phones can use Mobile Banking. If your phone does not have a data plan, you can use Mobile Banking by using the service. If your phone has a data plan, you can utilize the browser-based web access or smartphone application. Mobile Banking’s smartphone application is currently only available for iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and other various Java phones.

What types of accounts can I access through Mobile Banking?

You can access account information from your checking, savings, CDs and accounts. You will select the accounts you want to access during the Mobile Banking enrollment.

Can the Mobile Banking Application run on a tablet or iPad?

The Mobile Banking application is currently not compatible with a tablet or iPad.

Can I have Mobile Banking on more than one device?

Yes. You can enroll several mobile devices for Mobile Banking. To add a new phone, complete the Mobile Banking enrollment section.

What if my phone is lost or stolen?

If your device is lost or stolen, no one can access your Mobile Banking without knowing your . To prevent unauthorized access to your account, you can deactivate your Mobile Banking. Simply log in to your Online Banking from your computer, select the Options tab, and deactivate your Mobile Banking service.

Can I pay my bills through Mobile Banking?

Yes, Check Free is available through Mobile Banking. To enroll in Check Free or to add a new biller, you must use your Online Banking.

What if I change my cell phone number?

Simply log in to your Online Banking from a computer. Select the Options tab. Scroll down to the Mobile Banking Profile section and click on Manage Devices. Choose the option “Change my cell phone number” and update the information with your current number.

Is Mobile Banking secure?

Yes, Mobile Banking employs industry best standards with regards to security. It has been assessed against industry security criteria by a number of independent system security experts.

Is my personal or financial information stored on my phone?

No. Mobile Banking does not save any files on your personal device. That information is only within Online Banking.
