3 Enter the information requested into Enroll in Online Banking the secure site, including your Social Security Number, any Associated Bank account number(s), and date of birth; then, select Enroll.

4 Create your user ID and . Your password must be at least nine characters in length, and contain upper and lower case letters and at least one number.

5 Select and provide answers to five security questions from the drop-down menu.

6 Set up your phone number for identity verification (multifactor/out-of-band ). a. Select phone number or enter new number to receive a call or text. b. Accept terms and conditions. c. Select Save to send first multifactor text/call.

1 Sign into Associated Bank Mobile or Online Banking.

2 Use the Send Money with Zelle® from the top menu in online banking OR Send Money with Zelle® quick link in Associated Bank Mobile.

3 Follow the on-screen instructions. • If you’ve already used Zelle through another , select Transfer Email/Phone to transfer your email and/or U.S. mobile phone number to use Zelle at Associated Bank. • If your recipient is already enrolled with Zelle, the money will go directly into their bank account. If they aren’t enrolled yet, they’ll get a notification explaining how to enroll. Once they’re enrolled, the money will move directly into their account. For security, only send to people you know. • To receive money the first time only, if you haven’t already done so, select Activity and validate your email and U.S. mobile phone number. After that, the money will automatically go into your account.
