# Agenda Discussions Action points 1 Welcome and introduction OCHA warmly welcomed the team and the team introduced themselves to each other.

Updates on conflict IDPs ACTED: assessment and responses. ACTED has distributed multipurpose cash for 1470 families meanwhile 695 families 2 assessed in Faizabad and districts, out of 80 families which was share with UNOCHA for assessment 30 of them assessed in Faizabad and the rest 50 families will be assessed in Jurm district for the coming days,160 families assessed out of that 61

selected and on 10,11,2018 they have received humanitarian assistances. 73 families who were assessed in Argo and Arghanjkhow district received humanitarian assistances. ACTED has distributed multipurpose cash and NFI for 195 families in Eshkashiem, Jurm and Baharak districts (44 Eshkashiem ,57 Jurm 102 Baharak cash). , according to ACTED the mentioned 195 families did not received food, it should be followed. The joint assessment teams have visited 264 families in Darayem district out of that number 195 families have been selected as vulnerable families, on 05 /08 the mentioned families have been responded by ACTED and DACAAR While WFP team were not attending the FSAC training they were not present in OCT meeting it will be followed by UNOCHA in WFP has not responded the mentioned families.

DACAAR: has distributed hygiene kits for the number of families which mentioned in above meanwhile DACAAR has constructed latrines for 27 IDP families (9 Faizabad 18 Baharak). BVWO has distributed NFI for 9 families in Faizabad city.

FOCUS: 10 families in Shighnan district assessed by focus while four vulnerable families out of that number responded by NFI and Food.

ME: Mission East has distributed NFI for 83 families in Shighnan and Eshkashiem and 25 families in Argo districts.

3 Updates on natural disaster ANDMA: we ae in winter season we will be faced to natural disasters probably passes assessment, responses and will be closed, landslide and avalanches, heavy snowfall, heavy rainfall in the winter winter preparedness season. The partners’ preparedness is essential for responding the natural disasters

affected families in all parts of Badakhshan, as we mentioned in las Badakhshan PDMC
