Broad configuration/description of the machine : The folding machine shall be capable to fold 60-120 GSM paper for folding 2- 6 folds at a minimum speed of 12,000 sheets per hour.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT :

1. Maximum Paper Size : 700 mm x 600 mm 2. Minimum Paper Size : 200 mm x 300 mm 3. Size of paper after folding : 192 mm x 266 mm 4. Paper used : Machine shall be suitable for 60 GSM Paper with 0.10 mm thickness 5. Speed : Max - 18,000 Sheet per hour Min - 12,000 Sheet per hour

The interested bidders are requested to visit ISP for presentation with detailed machine specifications, manufacturing capacity and estimated cost of machine. After EOI, the detailed specifications will be prepared and tender will be floated.

11. Important instructions to bidders: (a) The intending bidders shall submit all technical details, capabilities, product catalogues, specifications of the proposed systems, technical write up on the proposed machine and experience on manufacturing and supply of similar machines for evaluation. (b) The bidders should give a declaration that they have not been blacklisted or debarred for dealing by Government of India or any Government in the past.

(c) The documents in support of Expression of Interest need to be submitted duly signed by authroised signatory/ representative of the bidder.

(e) The interested manufacturers should also submit along with Expression of Interest a list of parties in the world to whom they have supplied such machine with details and performance report from their clients 12. The bidder should also confirm specifically that:

(a) Applicant is competent and legally authorized to submit and/ or to enable into legally binding contract.

(b) The bidder firm should have manufactured, supplied, installed, and commissioned at least one similar machine during last five years.

(d) Applicant will absolve the purchaser against any infringement of patent rights and other contract provisions.

13. The dully filled details along with supporting documents with respect to supply of similar machine should be sent in a sealed envelope superscribing "Expression of Interest for “Procurement of Paper Folding Machine” The same may be submitted in person or through courier/ registered post/ speed post so as to reach the following address on or before the prescribed date and time as under:
