Beach House Rules

Open to the public daily. For the safety and enjoyment of all House guests, the following are prohibited:

• Smoking • Dogs (except service dogs) • Consuming alcohol unless attending a permitted event • Using glass containers • Lighting fires including fireworks and barbecues

Pool Rules

For the safety and enjoyment of all pool guests:

• Swimmers must shower before entering the water • Swim suits or equivalent must be worn in the water • Children under age 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times • Children under age 8 and under 4’ in height must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times • Children requiring diapers must wear a swim diaper in the water

The following are prohibited:

• Running, rough play, pushing or dunking of others • Bikes, scooters, skateboards • Glass containers • Masks, fins or snorkels during recreational swim • Toys in the water, unless distributed by Beach House staff • Flotation devices (except Guard approved lifejackets)

Guests must abide by the decision of Beach House staff regarding the interpretation of any rules governing the use of this facility. Any behavior or activity determined by the staff to be unsafe, hazardous, inappropriate or a violation of the rules is prohibited.
