O público alvo são os usuários do modal aéreo, que necessitam de deslocamentos entre as cidades de Campinas, São Paulo e Rio de janeiro. No sistema de alta velocidade apresentado no projeto não há ligações diretas entre os demais modais ao TAV e nem de outros tipos de trens de passageiros com velocidades diferentes, o que pode levar ao isolamento do sistema de alta velocidade. Com isso, abordamos os variados sistemas ferroviários e seus respectivos modelos de operação, chegando-se ao sistema combinado. Este tipo de sistema é utilizado na Europa e na Ásia, sendo um sistema que integra os outros modais as linhas de alta velocidade. Assim, o artigo traz um breve histórico das principais redes de alta velocidade do mundo e a forma de funcionamento, assim como a proposta de implementação do sistema combinado adequado à realidade do sistema de movimento existente no Brasil, permitindo que uma parcela maior da população possa usufruir dos benefícios desta infraestrutura de alto custo e grande inovação tecnológica.

    Put the night trains back on track for climate-friendly transports A case study on the potential of the French “Intercités de nuit” by the association « Oui au train de nuit » 2017 A study by “Oui au train de nuit” 0 Version 14 Sep 2017 --- Summary --- The climate challenge of this century encourages to rethink our mobility. Planes and individual cars, very energy-consuming, are used for a great portion of very-long-distance travels (more than 750 km). In order to progress towards modal shift to more ecological modes, massive investments for rail have been made since the 2000's. They have been mostly concentrated on High-Speed-Lines (LGV, in French) projects. But in spite of these huge investments, these projects did not reduce of the emissions of aviation, which keep growing in France. What's more, it is becoming very complicated to finance the expansion of the LGV network, as the most relevant lines – between metropolises separated by 400 to 750 km – have already been built. And nowadays passengers tend to prefer cheaper tickets to faster journeys. Besides, an other rail solution for very long distances, the InterCity Night train (ICN) sees its dismantling accelerated in 2016-2017. As for the classical railway network and the daytime Intercity trains (ICJ for “InterCités de Jour”), they have suffered underinvestment during all these years. Neglected for the last decades, the ICN offer now has problems of visibility, unattractive timetables, and too frequent delays and cancellations: it seems that its use has been – willingly or not – discouraged. SNCF and the French State have kept repeating contradictory justifications around the “alleged deficit” and “empty” night trains, but they have high occupancy rates.

    VEINTE AÑOS DE COOPERACIÓN EN EUROPA Renfe y SNCF cumplen veinte años de cooperación en la explotación conjunta de diversas líneas del mapa ferroviario europeo. En 1996, a través de la creación de una Asociación Europea de Interés Económico, denominada Trenes Talgo Trans-Pirineos, ambas compañías ferroviarias emprendieron un itinerario de cooperación, gestionando conjuntamente los Trenhotel nocturnos entre España, Francia, Suiza e Italia. Una alianza estratégica que se ha ido consolidando y reforzando en los últimos años. En 2001, con la creación de la sociedad Elipsos y más recientemente, a través de la explotación conjunta de los trenes de alta velocidad en dos fases: Primero, en diciembre de 2010, en la que coincidiendo con la apertura de la línea de alta velocidad entre Figueres y Perpiñán, se establecieron servicios directos entre París y Figueres, Y finalmente, en diciembre de 2013, con la ampliación de la línea hasta Barcelona se configuró la oferta actual, incorporándose servicios directos que unen Barcelona con Paris, Lyon, Toulouse y Marsella, y una relación entre Madrid y Marsella. Una oferta de alta velocidad que ambas compañías gestionan a través de Elipsos Internacional, S.A., bajo la marca comercial Renfe-SNCF en Cooperación. En estos veinte años, alrededor de 10 millones de viajeros se han desplazado en los trenes que Renfe y SNCF han gestionado en común. Sólo en los tres últimos años, 2,5 millones de viajeros han viajado a bordo de los trenes de alta velocidad que conectan ambos países. Producto “Trenhotel” Los inicios de la cooperación tienen su origen en la explotación conjunta de los trenes nocturnos que unían España con Francia, Suiza e Italia.
