Operating Processes and Procedures for the Metropolitan Club – Level 3

Operating Hours Monday – Friday: 08h00 – 17h00* Saturday, Sunday: 09h00 – 14h00*

*Should there be no bookings for the Swing Studio’s, the shop may close earlier than the published time.

Products and Services on offer 1. Full retail - all products currently available in the shop 2. Swing Studios – Individual Practice Sessions Members would be able to book 40 minute sessions Cost: R100 for 40 minutes

Booking Process • Members are encouraged to pre-book the session in the studios with the pro shop. • If they arrive without a booking, they will only be allowed into the shop if the maximum number of people in the store is not exceeded. • Slots will be available every 45 minutes, enabling shop staff to wipe down door handles and touch screens after each session.

Payment Options • EFT prior to arrival (Proof of payment will be required) • Credit Card on the day • Club account (provided the account is in credit) • Shop vouchers

Health and Safety Protocol • The door to the clubhouse will remain locked. On arrival at the clubhouse, one of the staff will meet the member at the door to allow access. • Customers will be required to sanitize at the clubhouse entrance. • Masks must be worn at all times by staff and customers. No mask – no entry into the store. • Members will be required to bring their own golf balls when hitting in the studios. Failing this, they can purchase used or new golf balls in the shop.

• Members must bring their own clubs. • No club-fitting service will be offered. • The section of the shop will be cordoned off so that customers do not have access to picking up golf clubs. • After each session, a member of the pro shop staff will spray and wipe down the door handles and touch screens in the studios. • Sanitiser spray will be available on the shop counter. • The counter will be wiped down with sanitiser after each customer. • Opening and closing procedure will include the sanitising of all door handles and counter tops. • At any time, there will be a maximum of 1 customer in each studio, plus 2 customers on the shop floor – making a total of 4 customers in the entire shop premises, accompanied by a maximum of 2 staff members. • Should a customer arrive while there are already 6 people inside the shop premises, they would be required to wait outside in the foyer area until someone vacates the shop.

The above information plus the following will also be consistently communicated to all members through the various communication platforms.

Social Distancing and Best Hygiene Practices • Do not come to the club if you are displaying any of the symptoms of Covid 19 or if you are self isolating • Health and safety hand hygiene and coughing/sneezing guidelines to be observed • 1,5 metre social distancing to be observed at all times

General Club H&S Protocols • All staff have been trained in best practice and are checked daily for abnormal temperature • All staff will wear protective masks
