Self-care, which often includes breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness moments, is intended to clear our mental clutter and make us more patient, more perceptive, and less stressed. The mindfulness move- ment advances the idea of “being all there” as you engage with your daily work agenda. Many of the precepts and sug- gestions within the teachings on mindfully approaching life and its work are very relevant to informa- tion management (IM) devotees in our daily undertakings.
