Rich, sweet and earthy – roast goose makes an indulgent alternative for Christmas. If you are busy with Christmas shopping and spending quality time with your family to prepare your own feast, we are happy to help you with our goose menu – easy to order from home: the classic menu includes the crispy German roast goose along with spiced red cabbage, potato dumplings, chestnuts, Brussels sprouts as well as a delicate sauce and is accompanied by a corresponding bottle of red wine. Add oven-fresh baked apples with vanilla sauce to this first-class menu at an extra charge of €11 per portion. Best of all: we will donate €5 per sold goose to the “Frankfurter Tafel“ association.
