Location Beurs van Berlage The Beurs van Berlage is situated in the city centre of on , Oude Brugsteeg and Beursstraat, directly opposite Central Station. Within about 10 minutes you reach the Beurs van Berlage by car from the A10.

Route description From the A10 you can take different routes to the city centre (S101 to S118). These city routes are quick access routes to the city centre. We recommend to use the S-routes.

From Zaandam: Exit Nieuwe Leeuwarderweg (S116); follow signs Centrum; after IJtunnel go straight; follow signs for Muziektheater; after the Muziektheater turn right over the Blauwbrug;

From : From the A2, take exit Nieuwe Utrechtseweg (S110); turn left to Stadhouderskade (S100); turn right onto Oosteinde; then turn right onto Sarphatistraat; turn left onto ; after the Muziektheater turn right over the Blauwbrug;

From Schiphol: Exit 12 towards the center of Amsterdam/Duivendrecht/Diemen-Zuid/Amsterdam Southeast (S112); at the roundabout take 1st exit onto Wibautstraat, follow the road to Mr. Visserplein, turn left onto Waterloo;

Continuation all directions: You are now on the Amstel; on Muntplein turn right to the ; the Rokin guides you through across the Dam to the Damrak.

Loading & Unloading Loading and unloading takes place at the special service entrances at the Beursstraat and Beursplein. To reach Beursstraat, first drive to the “Bijenkorf parking garage”, and when you reach the turn to this carpark, keep left, to go into the Beursstraat. It is not allowed to drive into Beursstraat with trucks weighing more than seven metric tonnes. You can request a permit for this (see permits). For trucks longer than 12 meters, it is not possible to drive out of the Beursstraat, you can load and unload on the Beursplein. During loading/unloading a doorkeeper is required, to operate the elevator. The loading and unloading parking areas are not only of the Beurs van Berlage, all companies in de Beursstraat use these areas. It is not allowed to park in the loading/unloading area. The loading and unloading areas should not be parked (see parking). Beurs van Berlage is not liable for any fines. Please provide a loading and unloading schedule when there will be a lot of traffic for your event. You can request a permit from the municipal government, whereupon permission to use the loading bays is granted, as well as the parking spaces, if the permit is granted. We would like to assist you in requesting this permit (see permits).

Your Event Manager can tell you where you can load and unload.

Beursplein 3 – Beurs van Berlage café with access to Grote Zaal  Loading and unloading permitted between 23:00 to 7:00 pm  A permit must be obtained to use this loading bay  No elevator, only ramps possible from lorry or truck  Ramps are present, please follow instructions of door keeper  Entrance doors 204 (w) x 239 (h) cm  To reach the square go through the crosswalk in the extension of the Bijenkorf

Deliver-/ Pick-up (small) packages Packages can be sent three days in advance between 8.00 AM and 04.00 PM. If you have packages that need to be stored in a safe place, please contact your Event Manager. Within 24 hours the packages must be picked up, on weekdays between 8:00 am to 16:00 pm. Parking Cars: Parking Oosterdok (Oosterdokstraat 150, Amsterdam) 1300 park places, max. vehicle height 2.10 meters, in and out 24/7 Fees: 20 minutes: € 1.50 and 5 to 24 hours: € 12.00

Parking De Bijenkorf (Beursplein 15, Amsterdam) right next to the Beurs van Berlage 487 parking places, max. vehicle height 1.80 meters, in and out 24/7 Fees: 21 minutes: € 2.00 with the maximum day rate: € 50.00

Permits At the municipality (Department of Public Space), a license can be obtained with the use of loading and unloading areas in the Beursstraat can be secured for exclusive use. Loading and unloading through Beursplein a permit also is required. The authorization must be requested 6 weeks in advance and must be requested by yourself.
