Passenger has to undergo Ins�tu�onal quaran�ne/Home quaran�ne if tested posi�ve as per State Health Depart- ment guidelines.

All passengers must download the Aarogya Setu App, if the Aarogya Setu App is not available then the Self-Declara�on Form has to be filled up by the passenger.

Home quaran�ne Indore - 14 days Home Quaran�ne for the passengers, those who wish to seek exemp�on from home quaran�ne to produce valid nega�ve RT-PCR report and online exemp�on cer�ficate.

Health screening Indore - Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

Covid test Indore - RT-PCR test will be done at the airport for the passengers arriving without RT- PCR nega�ve test report , they will be home quaran�ned �ll their COVID test report is received. If the test result is Nega�ve, the passenger will be home quaran�ned for 14 days and will have to update his/her health status on Indore 311 APP on a daily basis. If the test result is posi�ve, then the passenger will be taken to the dedicated COVID Centre. The cost of the test is to be borne by the passengers. Passenger obliga�on Indore- Passengers should submit a self-declara�on form on the online portal at least 72 Hours before the scheduled travel. Passengers arriving without RT-PCR nega�ve test reports will be home quaran�ned �ll their test report is given. RT-PCR test will be carried out at the airport the cost of which has to be borne by the passengers. If COVID test result is posi�ve then the passenger will be taken to the dedicated COVID Centre.

Airline obliga�on Indore- Arrival passengers data, in the prescribed format, needs to be forwarded to the Health Dept.
