GT3 CUP CHALLENGE USA BY YOKOHAMA PORSCHE GT3 CUP CHALLENGE USA BY YOKOHAMA SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS 9 - EVENT: Rounds 13 and 14 of the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA by Yokohama at the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg is sanctioned by IMSA and held under the IMSA RULES. 9.4.6 - Entries Closing: Tue., Oct. 6, 2020. Late entries per Art. 4.3. 9.4.11 - Number of Cars admitted A. Practice sessions: 50 Maximum B. Qualifying sessions: 50 Maximum C. Race: 50 Maximum 9.4.13 - Impound: IMSA Challenge / Single-Make Series Trailer in the Paddock per the Technical Department. 19 - Event Logistics: Exclusively under the direction of and assigned by IMSA. Refer to schedule for Series paddock load-in times. Team Transporters must not arrive before 8:00 am on Tue., Oct. 20 for staging. Staging: Staging is at Tropicana Field. Load-In: Drivers must be at truck and monitoring CB channel 40, no later than 30 minutes prior to load-in start. Load-Out: Transporters are permitted to pack up but must only move in the Paddock between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm or after 6:15 pm Sun., Oct. 25. Fire lanes must always remain clear. Teams must vacate the Paddock no later than 11:00 pm Sun., Oct. 25.

No applications (or related documents) processed after CoB Fri., Oct. 16. 4.3.6 - Event Confirmations: Event Confirmation Declarations, if changes are necessary, must be submitted via TIMS no later than 4pm Mon., Nov. 2. $500 is charged for late Declarations or Driver changes made after this deadline. 9.4.14.A - Fuel Schedule: The fuel depot is located at the southwest corner of the IMSA Paddock. VP will deliver fuel to each Team’s paddock prior to the Event load-in. A. Roster Deadline: Corporate Member COVID Event Rosters are due by Fri., Oct. 16 by 5:00 pm est. B.
