IMPC Data: GS Data: GS Entrants must comply with the following requirements as related to Teams’ logger data following the conclusion of each session. • All Qualifying and Race data from Team’s datalogger must be transferred to the designated ShareFile location within 30 minutes at the end of Qualifying and the Race. • Team data must not be password protected and available for IMSA technical staff to easily access after upload. • Place all data files in the appropriate Event folder inside Team folder when uploading to ShareFile. • If a Car is in impound, a single data stick will be provided for Team and Manufacturer representative to place BOTH sets of data on a single stick. - Team Logger and ECU logger data must be placed into separate folders. - Both folders must be placed within under the Team’s Race data folder. - Manufacturer must provide ECU data to IMSA will all security information (i.e. password protection) to access. - Data Stick must be returned to IMSA technical staff prior to the Car being permitted to leave impound. Noncompliance may result in the following Minimum Penalties: - Stop plus five (5) minutes. - Un-served Penalties from one Practice carry over to the following Practice session. - A Penalty assessed during qualifying may result in qualifying times disallowed. TCR Data Cards: • Entrants must swap data cards within 30 minutes following the end of each session at the IMPC inspection area. Please maintain social distancing and proper PPE. A. Roster Deadline: Corporate Member COVID Event Rosters are due by Fri., Jul. 9 by 5:00 pm est. B. Screening Process: Pit Lane access is now restricted to Essential Personnel and Guests. There is no longer a cap on the number of eligible participants per Event Roster. Only participants with a valid Annual Credential or Single Event Credential (SEC) are eligible to be placed on an Event Roster. An Event Roster of all Essential Personal/Guests must still be submitted through MERG by going to: COVID-19 Roster. Approved participants must electronically complete HIPAA Waiver, COVID-19 Waiver and Event COVID-19 Questionnaire. Upon completion, participant receives an approval text validating Event entry. Teardown: IWSC Teardown (per Art. 20.2.5.A) must not take place outside the teams’ assigned paddock space and rafters must not be loaded until 3:10 pm on Sat., Jul. 17 for any transporter. IMPC Teardown (per Art. 20.2.5.A) must not take place outside the teams’ assigned paddock space and rafters must not be loaded until 11:05 am on Sat., Jul. 17 for any transporter. 17. Facility Restrictions: ATVs permitted in the paddock for competitors only. ATVs prohibited on the circuit, midway, or camping area. Operator of any vehicle must hold a valid driver license and insurance covering that vehicle. Vehicles such as scooters and skating systems and non-registerable vehicles under 125cc prohibited. Bicycles permitted in camping after 6:00 pm until dark at the direction of Guest Services. Bicycles permitted in the paddocks and on roadways. Lime Rock Park reserves the right to impound bicycles ridden unsafely. Dogs prohibited in the Park and Paddocks. 18. Parking Procedure: IMSA Annual Parking Passes are accepted for the Z Lot, Thu., Fri. and Sat. Enter via Track Office Entrance from CT Rte. 112. and turn right, proceeding downhill towards Track. Turn left into marked Z Lot immediately prior to bridge access to track. Paddocks may be accessed via the Sam Posey Straight Pedestrian Bridge near Turn 1. Paddocks may also be accessed via front straight prior to AM hot track and following final on-track PM. Please follow direction of Lime Rock personnel. Parking in A or B Paddock prohibited. Violators towed at owner/operator’s expense. 19. Noise Restrictions: Lime Rock Park operates under a strict municipal injunction limiting hours of operation and establishing specific noise restrictions. Race Engines must only be started and operated between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm on Fri. and 9:00 am and 6:00 pm on Sat. Race Engines must not be started at any other time or day. 20.
