17. Contac t s HISTORIC LOGOS 4 IMSA is proud of its heritage, and throughout the years, there have been a number of other logos and marks associated with the brand. These are reserved for historic representations only. HISTORY 5 IMSA, the International Motor Sports Association, has a long history as the premier sports car racing organization in North America. The sanctioning body was founded in 1969 by John Bishop, his wife Peggy, and NASCAR President Bill France Sr. The first IMSA-sanctioned race was at Pocono International Raceway in October 1969. The series thrived throughout the 1980s before Don held the inaugural Motul at in 1998. He expanded that concept into a full series in 1999, the . GRAND-AM debuted with the 2000 running of the Rolex 24 At Daytona and ran its opening three seasons with similar classes to the ALMS. The sanctioning body will lead seven platforms in 2019 including its marquee series, the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

GOLD THREAD COLOR: Maderia-Polyneon 1673 CLEAR SPACE 9 In order to remain clean, consistent and prominent, all IMSA Marks should always be surrounded by a Clear Zone. To determine the minimum distance between the IMSA mark and all other graphic elements:

• Draw parallel lines across the top, bottom and both sides of the IMSA logos, as shown by the dashed lines below.

• The radius of the Clear Zone must equal the size of the blue box: – Apex logo - IMSA icon – Wordmark or the letter “A” in “IMSA”.

• Create a rectangular border around the light blue boxes for the complete area of the Clear Zone (represented by the gray rectangle surrounding the mark). This is the Clear Zone for the IMSA mark. LOGO - PRIMARY 10

The IMSA apex defines our sport as always moving forward but doing so by turning left and right. APEX LINE USE 13 When using the IMSA apex line in creative the IMSA Wordmark or Icon must also be present on the page.

Full-color on track photography is appropriate, still and detailed images of the paddock, fans and pits are also recommended. Images can also be reproduced in black and white, duotone and tone-on-tone. In addition, a motion photography style has been developed to capture the energy of the race. IMSA photography is available online for purchase at imsaphoto.com via LAT. HISTORICAL VIDEO FOOTAGE Video footage needs to be secured through NASCAR Productions. Contact your IMSA account manager for all requests. MERCHANDISE Teams and drivers will be encouraged to utilize the IMSA 50th anniversary mark on apparel in 2019. As part of this IMSA will allow the usage of the mark royalty free for personal / non-commercial usage, including uniforms, staff and personal apparel. Any items which are intended for retail purposes must be sourced through Craton Promotions, IMSA’s official merchandise partner. Craton will also be implementing a plan for sales of team and manufacture merchandise at all 2019 events.
