2014- Co-Primary Investigator and Project Manager, with Diane Nititham, Ph.D., Present Asset-Based Community-Building: A Cross-Cultural Study. Responsible for the design and implementation of this community-based research project. This project was supported by National Louis University.

2012 - Co-Primary Evaluator, with Shaunti Knauth, Karen Galea, & Brad Olson. 2015 Evaluator for Education to Employment (E2) Initiative. Robert R. McCormick Foundation. Responsible for identifying evaluation indicators, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and tracking change over time. Responsible for writing final reports to funder.

2010- Co-Primary Investigator and Project Manager, with Hiram E. Fitzgerald, Ph.D., Present Attending to Deep Structures: An Exploration of How Organizational Culture Relates to Collaborative and Network Participation for Systems Change. Responsible for the design and implementation of this community-based research project. This project was supported by the Michigan State University Outreach & Engagement Office.

2010 - Research Assistant, Michigan State University Advancing Diversity through the 2012 Alignment of Policies & Practices (ADAPP) National Science Foundation ADVANCE Grant. Supervisor: Dr. Melissa McDaniels – Responsible for qualitative data analysis, evaluation consulting, group facilitation, policy analysis, and overall project assistance as needed.

2007 - Research Assistant, Building Alliances for Disability Leadership. Supervisor: Dr. 2010 Pennie Foster-Fishman – Responsible for partnership development and maintenance, coordinating student assistants, data management and analysis for longitudinal research project on disability leadership development for community- level change.

2005 - Co-Primary Investigator and Project Manager, NIMBY Strikes a Clubhouse. 2007 Supervisor: Dr. Deborah Salem – Responsible for project rationale and design; partnership development; qualitative data collection, management, and analysis. The project examined how a NIMBY response was experienced by members of a Psychosocial Clubhouse.
