The Prime Minister’s Package on Special Plan Assistance (SPA) works under 5054 (Roads and Bridges) sector under PWD for completion of long pending on-going schemes approved by the Planning Commission, GOI the Nodal Officer will be Chief Engineer, Eastern Zone (Roads & Bridges), PWD, AP, Itanagar for engaging and monitoring agencies, up-loading of Photograph /Video-graph in the Web site and submission of utilization certificate (UC) and correspondence with Planning Commission, GOI, New .

Therefore, all the Executive officials/agencies under PWD, Arunachal Pradesh are requested to feed back the relevant papers to the Chief Engineer, Eastern Zone (Roads & Bridges), PWD, AP, Itanagar with intimation to concern Chief Engineers/Superintending Engineers.
