Commissioner (Home), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. 2. Director General of Police, , PHQ, Itanagar. 3. PCCF-cum-Principal Secretary (E&F), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. 4. General Officer Commanding (GOC), 2 Mountain Divisions, , Dinjan, . 5. General Officer Commanding (GOC), 4 Corps, Indian Army, Tezpur, Assam. 6. Inspector General, ITBP, NE Frontier HQ, Khating Hill, Itanagar. 7. Deputy Inspector General, (DIG), , HQ F Sector Assam Rifles, . 8. Chief Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Tax, Excise & Narcotics), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. 9. Divisional Commissioner (East), Namsai, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. 10. State Nodal Officer, Narcotics Cell, Member Secretary/Coordinator. The Committee shall monitor the action taken by the enforcing agencies in prevention, control, sale of narcotis drugs and psychotropic substances, to review the action taken for the areas under illegal cultivation of poppy, cannabis and all such banned plants, to suggest measures for alternative livelihood activities for diverting the farmers from cultivation of such crops and allocate the task to different departments, to suggest suitable measures for eradication of menace in the state, to approve the action plans prepared by the departments for prevention and control of NDPS, to monitor the awareness campaign and sensitization programme in the field.
