International Student Application Procedures
Contact with International Student Office (ISO) to get for more information
Submit results to verify entry eligibility: • 1 x Certified High School Result / College Result • 1 x Certified School Leaving Certificate / Graduation Certificate • 1 x IELTS Test Report Form
First Verifications will be conducted by ISO
Approved Rejected
Fill up Application & Registration Form, together with the following additional documents: • Student Residence Application Form (If Applicable) • 1 x Photocopy of passport (All pages including blank pages; with minimum validity of 1 year) • 10 x Passport-size photograph with white colour background (indicating your name and passport number at the back) • 1 x Health Declaration Form (Obtainable from ISO)
Second Verifications will be conducted by SUC’s Registration Office (Turnaround time: 1 week)
Approved Rejected
Offer Letter will be issued to ISO by SUC’s Registration Office. Once agreed, student is required to make the payment of RM4000 (Part A of Other Charges) to SUC
ISO will consolidate the documents and submit to EMGS for Visa Approval. Student need to inform ISO for the Point of Entry before submission
(Turnaround time: 14 Working Days)
EMGS will proceed with final verification of the documents submitted before submitting to Immigration for Visa Approval Letter (Turnaround time: 30 - 45 Working Days)
Once VAL is approved, Student is required to make the residual payment of RM3500 (Part B of Other Charges) & First Year’s Tuition Fee to SUC
Student proceed to local Embassy of Malaysia to apply for Single Entry Visa (SEV)
Student can then purchase ticket to enter Malaysia (He/She must inform ISO AT LEAST 7 days in advance for immigration clearance preparation by ISO)
ISO will bring student to panel clinic to conduct Post-Arrival Medical Check-Up Updated on November 8th, 2019
