    KUNSTBERICHT 1979 BUNDESMINISTERIUM FÜR UNTERRICHT UND KUNST Vorwort zum Kunstbericht 1979 Im Herbst 1979 hat das Bundesministerium für Unterricht und Kunst im Museum fur angewandle Kunst die Ausstellung "Die unbekannte Sammlung" gezeigt. Diese Ausstellung gab einen überblick über die Kunslwerkankäufe des Bundes seit 1945 und gleichzeitig einen Einblick in das Kunstschaffen Österreichs wahrend eines 30jährigen Zeitraums. Zusammen mit dieser Ausstellung wurde auch ein Buch "Die unbekannte Sammlung - Materialien zur staatlichen Kunslför• derung in Österreich" publiziert, in dem eine Reihe von Analysen und Studien über die bildende Kunst in Österreich enthalten sind. Diese Vorgangsweise, die die bildende Kunst in Österreich einer umfassenden und gründlichen Bearbeitung unterzogen hat, wird in den nächsten Jahren auch auf die Gebiete der Literatur und der Musik ausgedehnt werden. Ich hoffe, daß diese Untersuchungen und Ausstellungen auf dem Gebiet der Künste einen Beitrag dafür leisten, Verständ• nis und Wissen über die Bundeskunslförderung in österreich zu vertiefen. GP - Bericht - 02 Hauptdokument (gescanntes Original) Vorwort zum Kunstbericht 1979 Im Herbst 1979 hat das Bundesministerium für Unterricht und Kunst im Museum für an gewandte Kunst die Ausstellung " Die unbekannte Sammlung" gezeigt. Diese Ausstellung gab einen Überblick über die Kunstwerkankäufe des Bundes seit 1945 und gleichzeitig einen Einblick in das Kunstschaffen Österreichs während eines 30jährigen Zeitraums. Zusammen mit dieser Ausstellung wurde auch ein Buch "Die unbekannte Sammlung - Materialien zur staatlichen Kunstför­ derung in Österreich" publiziert, in dem ~ine Reihe von Analysen und Studien über die bildende Kunst in Österreich enthalten sind . Diese Vorgangsweise, die die bildende Kunst in Österreich einer umfassenden und gründlichen Bearbeitung unterzogen hat, wird in den nächsten Jahren auch auf die Gebiete der Literatur und der Musik ausgedehnt werden . Ich hoffe, daß diese Untersuchungen und Ausstellungen auf dem Gebiet der Künste einen Beitrag dafür leisten, Verständ• nis und Wissen über die Bundeskunstförderung in Österreich zu vertiefen . So wie die jährlich erscheinenden Kunstberichte detaillierte Auskunft geben, was auf dem Gebiet der Förderung jährlich geschieht, kann in den Projekten, wie das Beispiel über die bildende Kunst gezeigt hat, ein Gesamtüberblick geboten werden.
