Pestil örneklerinin toplam -1 aflatoksin (AFs), AFB2, AFB1 içeriklerinin sırasıyla, 0.20-5.83, 0.20-1.88 ve 0.48-4.96 µg kg aralığında değiştiği -1 belirlenmiştir. AFG1 2.75 µg kg olarak sadece 1 örnekte saptanırken, AFG2 ise hiçbir örnekte saptanamamıştır. Ayrıca, örneklerde 0.12-0.84 µg kg-1 arasında değişen miktarlarda OTA tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, tüm pestil örneklerinin mikotoksin içeriklerinin Türk Gıda Kodeksinde belirtilen yasal sınırların altında kaldığı görülmüştür.     Cipru Gastronomie -Paphos Introducere Gastronomia cipriotă este foarte bogată şi suculentă, fiind influenţată de tradiţiile culinare ale diferitelor popoare care au stăpânit insula. Predominantă este bucătăria grecescă, dar influenţele orientale, în special turceşti sau cele veneţiene, rafinate şi discrete, creează o emoţie sofisticată papilelor gustative. Grătarul reprezintă elementul cheie, dar secretul gustului inegalabil al mâncărurilor se găseşte în condimentele şi ierburile care, datorită climei şi solului, dau un gust inegalabil. Mancaruri vestite Mezedes (meze) este cea mai vestită mâncare din insulă. Denumirea vine din cuvântul turcesc meze, care înseamnă gustare, aromă, savoare, provenit la rândul lui din persanul mazze, care înseamnă cam acelaşi lucru. Pot fi din peşte sau carne şi conţin peste 20 de preparate, servite pe farfurii mici. Se servesc doar porţii pentru 2 persoane şi costă 14-15 euro de persoană. Din experienţa proprie, vă recomand să împărţiţi porţia la 4 persoane. Dacă nu, după ce nu veţi constata că nu mai puteţi mânca, veţi pleca acasă cu o caserolă plină cu mâncare pentru o cină copioasă. Indiferent de tipul de carne folosit, meze conţin farfuriuţe cu aperitive comune: o salată horiatiki (varză, castraveţi, roşii, ceapă, capere, măsline), feta, hummus, talatouri (tzatziki), vinete preparate în diverse moduri, cartofi prăjiţi, porgouri (bulgur) sau orez, pitta, pepene verde, măsline, ardei iuţi şi, bineânţeles, regina bucătăriei cipriote, celebra brânză halloumi, un brand alimentar înscris ca produs cipriot protejat în Statele Unite, iar la Comunitatea Europeană ca denumire de origine protejată (DOP) Se prepară în mod tradiţional din lapte de capră şi oaie (industrial se adaugă şi lapte de vacă, mai ieftin decât celelalte).
