REVISION OF CHARGES FOR USE OF OFF – STREET PARKING PLACES: WESTERN AVENUE, STRATFORD FIELDS AND CORNWALLS MEADOW BUCKINGHAM, BUCKS

Aylesbury Vale District Council hereby give notice that with effect from Monday 15 July 2013 the charges payable under the terms of the Aylesbury Vale (Western Avenue Off-Street Parking Place, Buckingham) Order 2010, Aylesbury Vale (Stratford Fields Off-Street Parking Place, Buckingham) Order 2010, Aylesbury Vale (Cornwalls Meadow Off-Street Parking Place, Buckingham) Order 2010 are hereby varied as follows:

Charges for motor cars, motor cycles and other motor vehicles not exceeding 2500 kgs unladen weight

Western Avenue Car Park, Buckingham, Bucks

General provisions

(1) Holders of disabled persons badges: no charge for use of the above Parking Places. There is therefore no change from the existing arrangements for these users.

(2) There is no charge for use of the Cornwalls Meadow Parking Place on Bank Holidays and Sundays (no change from existing).

(3) There is no change in the Penalty Charge payable under the Orders.

The above Notice of Variation is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
