Overview

Page 1 Palazzo Cutrofiano is a handsome abode of sumptuous proportions, discreetly renovated to retain much of the character of the original early nineteenth century farmhouse. This home is brimming with timeless style and classical detailing, finessed with striking simplicity and with notably understated flair.

The majestic façade in original stone and arched doorway sets the tone: an environment that is entirely faithful to the original structure, characterised by vaulted and arched ceilings, fine raw materials (predominantly stone and timber), recessed alcoves and stunning light quality throughout. With a cooling, sedate feel of decades-old grandeur, this home has a subtle glamour and quiet luxury, offering every comfort within the spirit of unparalleled tasteful provenance.

A beautiful kitchen-dining room with recessed alcove and vaulted ceilings displays pretty original tiles, all necessary fittings including an Italian-style coffee maker and eat-in option, whilst the dining room is paved with an authentic early-twentieth-century decorated Venetian mosaic. Two ground floor bedrooms both have en-suites and direct garden access; exposed brick work vaulted ceilings and chic finishes again with a flawlessly rustic vibrancy.

Details such as the dazzling ball-light throwing off patterned colour over the organically shaped stone bath add a playful touch; both bedrooms are in earthy, natural tones, aside from accents of canary yellow and crimson. The upper floor offers a three further bedrooms, all doubles with an additional single bed in one of these, offering sedate accommodation for up to eleven guests. From the upper floor, wonderful views of open countryside can be enjoyed from the original timber framed windows.

A sleek pool is framed with indulgent day beds and loungers, wonderfully un- polished lawns and mysterious nooks comprise a discreet shower area, tall palm trees and a delightful outdoor kitchen with a natural feel comprising outdoor oven and original stone bench, table constructed with logs, sedate hammocks hanging from the trees with open country views

Palazzo Cutrofiano is a striking, historical two-storey home finessed with panache and verve; epitomising a timelessness and quiet beauty that allows the original architecture and materials to simply shine through, with modern- day comforts and artfully un-manicured grounds.
