    AMBITO – ZONA DI GALATINA PROVINCIA DI LECCE A M B I T O T E R R I T O R I A L E D I G A L A T I N A COMPRENDENTE I COMUNI DI: GALATINA, ARADEO, CUTROFIANO, NEVIANO, SOGLIANO CAVOUR, SOLETO AVVISO PUBBLICO PER LA PRESENTAZIONE DI PROGETTI DI CONTRASTO ALLE TOSSICODIPENDENZE ED ALTRI FENOMENI DI DIPENDENZA Premesso che: · il Piano Regionale delle Politiche Sociali prevede, nell’ambito della definizione dei Piani di Zona, che i comuni singoli, associati tra loro, d’intesa con le aziende unità sanitarie locali, con la partecipazione di tutti gli altri soggetti previsti dalla L. R. 19/2006, programmino interventi e servizi che, per tipologia e natura delle attività proposte, siano coerenti con quanto previsto dal regolamento regionale del 28/02/2000, n. 1, che ha fissato i criteri e le modalità per il finanziamento regionale dei progetti di lotta alla droga, compresa l’individuazione dei soggetti destinatari dei finanziamenti, in relazione alle aree d’intervento specifiche; · la Regione Puglia al fine di adeguare le previsioni del regolamento regionale n. 1/2000 alla riforma introdotta dalla l.r. 19/2006 ha definito apposite “linee guida” per la programmazione e la gestione degli interventi in materia di lotta alla droga; · le modifiche introdotte dalla legge regionale 19/2006 incidono anche sulle modalità di presentazione dei progetti riservando ai Comuni e alle AUSL il 50% delle risorse complessivamente destinate all’area dipendenze dei Piani di Zona per la realizzazione di servizi ed interventi secondo le previsioni del regolamento regionale 1/2000, ed il restante 50% agli enti ausiliari di cui agli articoli 115 e 116 del D.P.R.

Pauca: A Working Possibility of Restoration Marco Scortichini CREA-Council for Agricultural Research and Economics, Research Centre for Olive, Fruit and Citrus Crops, Via di Fioranello 52, I-00134 Roma, Italy; [email protected] Received: 3 July 2020; Accepted: 12 August 2020; Published: 19 August 2020 Abstract: In Salento, the olive agro-ecosystem has lasted more than 4000 years, and represents an invaluable local heritage for landscape, trade, and social traditions. The quarantine bacterium Xylella fastidiosa subsp. pauca was introduced in the area from abroad and has been widely threatening olive groves in the area. The successful eradication of quarantine phytopathogens requires a prompt identification of the causative agent at the new site, a restricted infected area, a highly effective local organization for crop uprooting and biological features of the micro-organism that would guarantee its complete elimination. However, at the time of the first record, these criteria were not met. Interdisciplinary studies showed that a zinc-copper-citric acid biocomplex allowed a consistent reduction of field symptoms and pathogen cell concentration within infected olive trees. In this perspective article, it is briefly described the implementation of control strategies in some olive farms of Salento. The protocol includes spray treatment with the biocomplex during spring and summer, regular pruning of the trees and mowing of soil between February and April to reduce the juvenile of the insect vector(s). Thus far, more than 500 ha have begun to follow this eco-friendly strategy within the “infected” and “containment” areas of Salento.

ONOFRIO DEL VI SECOLI DI CAST IGNANO DEI GRECI Era una necessità tradurre in realtà quanto si tramandava da padre in figlio e nello stesso tempo rompere il silenzio tenuto sino ad oggi su un edificio sacro affrescato in Castrignano dei Greci: la cripta bizantina di SantOnofrio. Detta cripta fu interrata molti anni fa perchè stava diventando un deposito di rifiuti. Valeva la pena praticare gli opportuni scavi per prendere cognizione de visu. Informai il Consiglio Comunale dellesistenza della cripta e nello stesso tem- po resi pubblica la notizia, interessando la stampa regionale e provinciale, ( « Gaz- zetta del Mezzogiorno » - « Il Popolo del Salento »), oltre che la Soprintendenza ai Monumenti e alle Gallerie di Bari che per due volte fino ad ora ha invia- to sul posto lArchitetto Giovanni Mongiello, S. Taking in account your revisions, a new version of paper will be submitted. The second part of abstract and the part 1 have been revised in order to provide a better understanding (especially authors’ thesis). The part 2 was rewritten in a clearer way trying to better explain parameters and assumptions of stability charts; a table with adopted values of Hoek&Brown failure criterion has been added with a detailed exposition on the choice of these parameters. Equations (of curves) are missing because the curves represent the result of a parametric study for a large number of ideal cavities with varying geometric and mechanical parameters (adopted equation of failure criterion of Hoek & Brown is omitted because widely explained in Perrotti et al. (2018)). Figure 2,3,4 have not been merged to avoid difficulty to interpret a single graph with 12 curves (note that, based on mi parameter, the values on the y-axis of three graphs are very different from each other).
