NOTICE OF PROPOSALS FOR VARYING LICENCES TO ABSTRACT WATER Notice is hereby given that the Mersey and Weaver River Authority in pursuance of section 43 of the Water Resources Act 1963, have formulated proposals for making variations to the several licences listed in column (1) of the Schedule which authorise abstractions for agricultural purposes at the points described in column (5) of the Schedule. ' The proposed variations are to increase the quantities authorised to be abstracted as shown in column (3) of the Schedule to those shown in column (4). A copy of the proposals may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Town Clerk & Chief Executive Officer, Town Hall, , at all reasonable hours during the period beginning on Monday, 31st December 1973 and ending on Monday, 28th January 1974. If any person wishes to make representations about the proposals they should do so in writing to the undersigned at P.O. Box 12, Liverpool Road, Great Sankey, , before the end of the said period.
